3 BD villa with garden in the heart of nature

In lieu of the current scenario, we are taking the below steps to ensure safety of our guests and our staff

- Our housekeeper has taken both of his vaccines and the booster dose.
-Apart from our regular cleaning, all surfaces and touch points are sanitised with disinfectant spray.
-Temp of all guests is taken on arrival with a no contact infrared thermometer. Guests with temp over 100.4°F (38°C) are not allowed entry into the premises.
- All guests are required to wear masks when they are outside our property.

The space is equipped with 3 ensuite bedrooms, a large living room, a dining space, a fully equipped kitchen, a large terrace and gardens on back and front of the property with a temple in the back garden.

Living Room:
The living room is spacious and is equipped with a 3+2+1 sofa set, 1 Single Bed, a shoe rack, a 39" inch HD Led TV with HD cable channels and a DVD player with surround sound. You can use your device to play tunes through an AUX cord.

Dining Space:
Features a dining table for 6, a bookshelf with a selection of few books and magazines, a study table with a printer and has board & card games at your disposal.

Bedroom 1:
This is the master bedroom on the first floor and is equipped with a king sized bed, a wardrobe ( with digital safe inside), a dresser with mirror, side tables, lamps, study table, chair, Air Conditioner, and a 40 inch smart TV with HD cable channels.

Bedroom 2:
This bedroom is also on the ground floor and is equipped with a king size bed, a wardrobe ( with digital safe inside), side tables, lamps, a dresser with mirror, Air Conditioner and a TV with HD cable channels.

Bedroom 3:
This bedroom is on the ground floor and is equipped with twin beds(can be joined to make a double bed), a wardrobe, side tables, lamps, Air Conditioner, and a TV with cable channels.

Bathrooms and Toilets:
All the bedrooms have an attached bathroom. The bathroom is equipped with a western toilet, a sink, and bath-tubs. You will also be provided with bath towels, hand towels, liquid handwash, shampoo, body wash and body lotion

Kitchen:
The kitchen is fully equipped with a refrigerator, water purifier, gas stove (with gas cylinder), food processor, water heater, microwave oven, and the necessary cutlery and crockery.

If you wish to cook. You can either get your own groceries including oil or ask my housekeeper to get it for you and you can pay him as per actuals. There is a small gratuity of Rs.100 for Breakfast, Rs. 200 for Lunch, Rs.100 for Snacks & Rs. 200 for Dinner, if you wish my housekeeper to cook for you which goes to him.

You can also get food delivered from Vedic village restaurants and a few restaurants nearby. Pls ask my housekeeper for the menus of the same.

Terrace:
The terrace is located on the first floor of the villa and has views if the back garden and the temple. We have a 4 seater picnic table here as well.

Garden:
Features two gardens, one in the front and one in the back. With the back one having a small Radha Krishna temple. We also have a small vegetable garden on the right side of the house.

Parking:
Parking is available at the entrance of the villa for 1 vehicle.

WiFi:
Our wifi provides 4g speeds, but as we are in a secluded space with no broadband, the speed can be patchy or unavailable sometimes.

Security:
The housekeeper stays in an outhouse in the property. The villa has CCTV surveillance on the outside of the house for security.

The names, addresses and Ids of all the guests staying are shared with Vedic Estate beforehand, which is then checked against the guest's ID at the security gate on arrival.
Guests will have to carry a copy of the ID provided along with the original.

Power Backup:
We have an inverter installed in case of power failure. But pls note, the AC's, geysers and the kitchen appliances won't work while there is no power.

As per local police regulations pls provide the government id's of all your guests to my housekeeper to make a copy of.

We charge an additional fees of INR 1000 for pets.

This is our home, please love and respect it as you would do to yours. Conserve energy and natural resource for our next generations - use electricity and water judiciously.
