Beautiful Pili Mai Condo-2 Bdrm + sleeping den, sleeps 6, with A/C

Relax and enjoy modern living at Kauai’s newest townhome community, Pili Mai! This condo, also known as Nani Ka Hale, is located on the second and third floor of the building. It overlooks the lush greens of Kiahuna Golf Course and offers stunning distant ocean views from the living room, dining room, lanai, upstairs loft, and the upstairs master bedroom.

The nicely equipped kitchen offers granite counter tops and stainless steel appliances. Along with traditional kitchen items, you will find a toaster, toaster oven, coffee maker, tea kettle, waffle maker, blender, coffee grinder, and knives to use.

The living room furnishings are clean, comfortable, and arranged to take advantage of the views. Just off the living room is a quaint lanai where you can sip your morning coffee, enjoy an afternoon glass of wine, read a book, or just sit quietly and take in the beauty of Poipu. The dining room is located next to the living room and seats 6 people.

The Master Suite also has a golf course and distant ocean view along with soft, cozy bedding on a Cal King size bed, dresser, and a tv. The attached master bathroom has a double vanity with granite counter top and shower. The sleeping loft, located next to the master bedroom, has two extra long twin sized beds, night stand, and tv. The second bedroom offers a mountain view with a Cal King size bed, comfortable bedding, dresser, tv, and a full bathroom with tub/shower combo. The laundry room is located inside the condo and equipped with washer, dryer, iron, ironing board, beach towels, and barbeque utensils.

Nani Ka Hale offers a private garage for 1 vehicle along with 6 beach chairs, 2 boogie boards, wagon, beach umbrella, and cooler for your use. There is one additional assigned parking space located right across from the garage.

We start you with coffee, dish washer detergent, dish liquid, laundry detergent, and soap. Bath and beach towels are also supplied along with WiFi.

Pili Mai is centrally located in Poipu and offers amenities such as a family pool, barbeque area, work out room with A/C, and lush green space. Poipu Shopping Village offers great restaurants and shopping a short walk away. Kiahuna Beach is less than a mile away and is a short 10 to 15 minute walk or 5 minute car ride. Kukui'ula Shopping Center is about a mile away and is a slightly larger center offering a wide variety of shops, art galleries, amazing restaurants, shave ice, and ice cream along with a drug store.There are many golf courses for the golf enthusiast to enjoy as well. There is a guest information binder in the condo with beach, restaurant, golf course, farmer's markets schedule, and activity suggestions to make your visit fun and enjoyable.

This cute little condo was perfect for our girls trip. The layout is perfect, and the lanai was my favorite way to spend the early morning. The birds and lizard’s offered plenty of entertainment. Beautiful view! The space was clean & tidy and kitchen offered all of the amenities we needed.

Quiet, Spacious Retreat

We loved the quiet location, comfortable beds and large kitchen. Our extended family of 24 people stayed in other units in Pili Mai. We enjoyed gathering for swims at the pool and for dinners. It is also just a 10 to 15 minute walk to the Poipu beach, which many family members love. Also an easy walk to the Poipu shopping center, including Keoki's Restaurant. There are good restaurants and shops short driving distances away. We really enjoyed the new Koloa Village shopping center this year. We wish there was a larger lanai in the unit. This is our second visit to this condo and we look forward to returning. We found communication with the owners straightforward and easy.

Great place for families!

Everything was great and as described! The view of the golf course was absolutely beautiful! It was really nice having access to beach chairs, boogie boards, cooler, etc. The location was perfect - a short 3 minute drive to Poipu beach. The kitchen was well stocked with appliances, spices, etc. It did get a little warm upstairs even with AC - there didn’t seem to be as much airflow up there, but we did ok with the ceiling fans. My husband and I slept upstairs and the bed was really comfortable which you don’t always find in rentals! Huge bonus! The ONLY reason I gave 4 stars for cleanliness is that a vape pen was found in the downstairs bedroom as well as some clothes in a dresser drawer and the bathroom mirror behind the door was really dirty. And there weren’t any dishrags for doing dishes or wiping counters. We did contact the owner and it sounds like a switch was recently made with cleaning companies and they were glad to be made aware of the issue and said they would definitely follow up on it. Other than that everything was clean and five star worthy! Would definitely stay here again and would recommend to others!

Great stay. The place is very spacious and beautifully decorated. The view of the golf course is beautiful from the master bedroom and porch. We had a little problem upon arriving and noticing a little cleaning issue. However, the host were very responsive and took care of the matter immediately. I would love to stay here again with my family.

Quiet and Spacious Retreat

This is our first time at Pili Mai, and we loved it here. We have visited Poipu many times and hope to return to this unit. It was comfortable, quiet, light-filled, and had beautiful views of the golf course and beyond with a peekaboo view of the ocean. We admired the intelligent architectural design, and we were surprised how private it felt, even though this is a large development. We slept great, enjoyed the kitchen and dining area and were able to relax deeply between excursions. We kept the unit comfortable without needing the air conditioning by utilizing cross breezes. The swimming pool is close and nicely laid out. It is a pleasant 15 minute walk to the Kiahuna beach. Several nice restaurants are even closer. There is convenient grocery shopping in Koloa. The Lanai was smaller than expected and not as private as we had hoped.

Complex walking distance to shops,restaurants and beach

Carpets are in need of a good cleaning and walls need painting. Overall the location and grounds outstanding. Barbecue areas though could be better maintained with propane and working lighters.Overall I would recommend this property.

Nice unit

This is a very nice unit. It has a beautiful view and is well supplied . We just happened to have an issue with the air conditioning unit not working. The owner was very responsive and tried to get it repaired. Unfortunately, that did not happen until the last day of our stay however, that was not the owners fault. The other thing I would mention is that there are quite a few stairs to manage. If someone has an issue with stairs, this would not be the best choice for them. You have to walk up one flight of stairs to get to the front door and then there are 14 stairs with two landings to get to the master bedroom. Not a problem for me
.But could be for others. It is within walking distance of Kiahuna Beach and also, one of my favorite restaurants, Keoki’s Paradise is within walking distance.
