This two-bedroom, two-bath with two-bed bonus loft is a Hawaiian-themed oasis surrounded by lush tropical gardens perched above its surroundings. The ocean views and trade-wind breezes are incredible throughout the house. You also have majestic mountain views of Mt. Houpu, known as Kauai's weather station. A glance out the window, and you'll know what the weather holds for that day!

The open-concept living area creates an inviting space for entertaining and spending quality time with family & friends. The fully equipped, updated kitchen has granite countertops and is a great place to cook gourmet and local fare. The dining room sits just off the kitchen and offers table seating for four and comfortable bar-top seating for four.

A smart TV, Nintendo NES Classic with wireless controllers, WiFi, laptop-friendly workspace, and plenty of USB's make this condo a dream for those technophiles in the group. Log in to your Netflix account on the smart TV and continue your series away from home. USB-dedicated plugs are available in all sleeping areas. Enjoy a tranquil sunset on the lanai with the adults while the kids play games.

Beautiful home!

Lovely set up in Poipu. Furniture is dated, TV instructions are wrong, and could use an overall spruce up, but otherwise was wonderful. Great views and a cool breeze at night. We enjoyed the peaceful second pool and easy access to hiking trails. Would definitely return.

Very nice stay in Poipu

We enjoyed our stay at this condo! The ocean view from the deck was beautiful. The beds were comfortable and convenient for our family with four teenagers. The location was nice for us and we had quick access to a lot of the activities we wanted to do and places we wanted to go. There is no AC in the unit so mid-afternoon was quite warm inside. However, most days we were out and about so it was not really a problem for us. Open windows and fans kept us very comfortable at night. The kitchen had enough basic cookware that we were able to make several meals easily. I would be happy to stay here again.

Incredible views, lots of room

Our family of 5 (2 adults and 3 children: 18,16, and 15) stayed for 8 nights over the Christmas holiday. We LOVED the condo! It does need some fixing (lots of water damage from previous guests leaving window shutters open) and needs touch up painting and fixes to kitchen cabinets. But, there was plenty of room for all of us and we spent so much time out on the deck enjoying the view and the amazing weather. We felt very safe in the neighbourhood and loved how close we were to the beaches and pools. It would be helpful to inform guests that they need a key to enter the pool areas as this was not relayed. We appreciated the generous touches of complimentary coffee to get us started and the chocolate and granola bars - very considerate. We had a wonderful stay.

Stay was generally good. View from condo was great. Several vent windows were broken letting constant wind blow in rain and some dirt.(see main floor bathroom) Shower on main floor looked taped on. Window in master bedroom was missing panel. Some of the shades wouldn't operate. Binder for area guidance was not very helpful. (see pool locations). Guide to operate TV referred to remoted that was not present.
