Kiahuna Beach House #50 is a beautiful newly remodeled (April 2025) air conditioned ground floor corner unit Condo with a garden paradise view looking straight out to the twin bridges and beautiful Monkey Pod tree.We cannot wait to share our newly renovated condo with you. This beautiful condo sits in the center of the property in building 10. This ocean front property sits right on Poipu Beach. The beach is just steps away from your front door. You will love the open concept remodeled kitchen with beautiful granite countertops and new stainless steel appliances. The kitchen is furnished with with high end utility knives and steak knives, professional pots and pans, a full set of Pyrex bowls and cooking dishes, a Keurig one cup/12 cup combo coffee maker that takes pods or grounds, coffee grinder, French press, four slice Cuisinart toaster, waffle maker, hand mixer, blender, asparagus steamer,cookie sheets, and every cooking utensil you could need. We just installed brand new floors throughout the Condo. We just bought brand new living room, dining room, bedroom furniture, and new artwork throughout the Condo. The bedroom has a brand new high-end king size Kingsdown mattress. The living room has a brand new Queen size pull out couch and two brand new recliner chairs. we just installed a brand new 65 inch TV on the wall above the brand new dining room table. we installed three new ceiling fans with lights in the living room, bedroom, and one above the bathroom sink. The condo has a perfectly framed view of the twin bridges, large monkey pod tree, and lush green lawn facing south west towards the sunset looking through the new double door sliding glass door. The bathroom has been redone with a beautiful cabinet, countertop,and sink. The bathroom has a brand new tall toilet and a nice walk-in shower with glass doors. This condo has extra windows with great ventilation being it’s an end unit. The lanai has brand new tile, a new Tropitone table with four chairs, and two new Tropitone lounge chairs with pads and a side table. Building 10 unit 50 is in a perfect location on property. This is truly an amazing Condo meant for two people. You are a two minute walk to the great Lawn, which sits right on Poipu Beach. Here you will find the beach hut where you get your towels, snorkel rentals, and surfboard rentals. They have lounge chairs and chairs you can take to the beach. The Condo sits just across the driveway from the resort laundromat. It is a three minute walk to the Marriott and the restaurant Red Salt, which is located in the Ko’a kea resort. There are restaurants, Starbucks, coffee, and shopping directly across the street. The Poipu Athletic Club has a full gym, swimming pool, and hot tub that you will be allowed to use free of charge with your stay. There is a pool side restaurant and bar at the club as well. If you have a larger group looking for another condo we own Blue Ocean View 172 which is a fully remodeled ocean view condo in the same resort just steps away from this condo in building26.Check in time is 3:00 pm and check out is at 11:00 am. You will be charged a cleaning fee of $268.00 plus tax at the time of checkout by the Outrigger Front Desk. There will be a charge of $35 at checkout for stays of 8 to 10 nights which includes new towels, trash removal, new linens, and a vacuum. Stays of 11 nights to 15 nights will have a $60 full service cleaning during your stay which will be paid at checkout. If you are checking in after 8 PM please call the Outrigger front desk at 808-742-6411. They will give you your door code and the Wi-Fi password.

excellent place. We were a party of four with two young kids. The place is newly updated and has a great view. It’s a little tucked away from the beach but is beautiful and the pictures are very accurate. The little area with restaurants right there was a hit. We went to several other beaches and kaihuna beach in front of the plantation was the best by far. Downside - we dealt with a large spider in the bathroom. The cleaning fee was 300 bucks. They only replace towels seems like every other day. If you don’t turn in your towel cards it’s 25.00 per card which made us have to turn them in by 5:30 the day before we left. Just feels like a cheap thing to be making such a big deal about. The gym is cool! But the pool there was green and a little nasty looking.

We had a great time here. The location was great. Super short walk to the beach and a great home base for all of our adventures aroundThe island. Unit came complete with beach chairs, umbrella. Kitchen fully stocked with all pots, pans, toaster, coffee, blender, harder mixer etc you could possibly need to cook in. Would definitely stay here again.

Wonderful Private Condo with everything to Offer

Thos condo is amazing. It is beautifully updated and remodeled. The kitchen is well stocked and appliances are new. The internet was fabulous as well as the entertainment center. Clise to beach, pool, and gym. We will definitely be back. Thanks for an incredible two weeks.

The unit was exactly as represented. Nicely furnished. Upon arrival there was a problem with the refrigerator. I emailed Daren the owner. He responded promptly and addressed the issue, making accommodations until it was corrected. He couldn't have been more responsive and followed through to make sure everything was satisfactory. Wouldn't hesitate to recommend this rental and give Daren the highest rating for his attention to making things right.

Overall, we had a great time staying at this location. It was so nice to have a fridge, sink, cook top, oven, etc. Eating out is expensive in Hawaii so we made a lot of the food ourselves. Darin was very responsive to our questions. The staff was very friendly too. I misunderstood the washer/dryer thinking they'd be in the property, but instead there is a central laundry area. Not a big deal, but one load will cost you $12 if you use their soap/fabric softener ($6 difference).

We had a fabulous time at KP 425! The condo was beautiful, exceptionally appointed, and so comfortable! We enjoyed the balcony so much! Loved the short walk to the beach and to the athletic center/hot tub and the short drive to fabulous restaurants. The owner was incredibly responsive the one time I contacted him. Wonderful Condo

The condo worked out great and surpassed our expectations. It was super clean and had everything we needed for our stay. Location was great, area was quiet, with a short walk to the beach. We BBQed three times and each time the grills were sparkling clean, not all grimy/greasy like you sometimes see. The resort grounds were well maintained with friendly staff. We appreciated the boggy board, beach chairs and umbrella which we used almost daily! I would highly recommend and plan on staying in this exact condo next time I’m we are in Kauai. (Hopefully next year!). Thank you!

Amazing place

We stayed for a week in March and the condo was amazing. The condo was clean and well furnished, just as described in the listing. Location was great, a five minute walk to the beach. The pull out sofa bed worked perfectly for my daughter. The beach gear was much appreciated. We loved the open windows and birds every morning but that may not be for everyone. We would absolutely stay here again!

The whole property that this location is on is very nice and has fantastic vegetation to see. That being said, this unit is one of the furthest away from the beach and looks onto another hotel. Great inside but the view and location are just ok.

Smelled like the previous tenants had cleaned fish or crab in the sink and it took a bit of time for that to subside. It would be helpful to have a map to the check in location. Also, washer and dryer are available but not in unit.

Wonderfully Restful

We came for a well earned rest, and Darin's condo was perfect. Loved the lanai, breezes, quiet, out of the traffic, so we truly rested. Poipu beach was so much fun! The gym was great too. We ejoyed that every day. Darin was so responsive, beyond expectations. Would come back for sure.

AWESOME location and the unit is even better than advertised. Close to many amazing beaches.

The property host was very accessible and made sure we enjoyed our stay. We lost a wallet at a beach and it was found after we left. Our host, Darin, reached out to me and got it sent back to me. Darin really cared about our experience at his unit. We will return.

Great condo right in Poipu!

We had a wonderful time staying at this unit! We checked in late at night and the process was very easy. The unit was exactly as advertised. The pull out couch was fine, the bedroom bed was comfortable. The unit had some extras (beach chairs, umbrella, and boogie boards) which was really lovely! The property was centrally located for what we used it for (beach and pool) and the athletic club was a great addition. Darin was really responsive and really helpful when we had a question. Overall, great place!
