The place was in a really good location so close to the beach and other prime locations on the south side. The beach chairs and umbrellas were great to use and the pool was perfect if you wanted to swim without the sand. It was nice that it also had good ac in the two bedrooms.Communication was a bit challenging. I was told I would receive an email prior to check in with check in and check out instructions. I asked for that a few times and never got it. We also coordinated an early check in to show up at 2 pm and arrived to have the cleaners still there with no notice we were coming and still about an hour left of work. I felt bad showing up early while they were there. I would have rather just been told we couldnât do an early check in. Upon checkout I had to ask for the check out instructions a few times before I finally got them the night before checkout. The place is pretty well stocked with kitchen utensils and dish ware, but double check if things are clean before using them. (Several cups had mold in them.)The listing advertises that it can sleep over 4 but doesnât clarify that anyone over 4 would have to sleep on an air mattress or couch.
