Aloha and welcome to the sunny south shore of the majestic island of Kaua'i where Kiahuna Plantation Beach Home #64 awaits you! Relish lush tropical grounds, orchid gardens, and at the ocean's edge: beautiful Kiahuna Beach - a golden crescent known for its calm clear waters.

This beautiful two-story Hawaiian plantation-style corner-unit home features a spacious and comfortable open-concept living area on the second floor with tree-top views of the immaculate grounds and gardens. Vaulted ceilings, fully equipped kitchen, two covered balcony lanais and seating for 6 in both the living and dining areas make this a wonderful place to entertain or relax after the day's adventures. There is a queen-size sleeper sofa on the top floor as well. To enjoy this home fully, guests must be able to climb the stairs to the main living area.

Downstairs, the Primary Bedroom features a Cal King bed, ensuite bath with walk-in shower, and private patio! The second bedroom has two twin beds which can be configured as a king with advance notice. The second bathroom downstairs includes both a soaking tub and separate shower. This home also features its own washer and dryer downstairs for your convenience. Brand new split a/c install in both bedrooms and upstairs living room. If you prefer you could open all the windows and allow the beautiful Trade Winds to cool your home as well.

Smart TVs, Blu-ray/DVD player, WIFI, books, board games, beach chairs, towels, and umbrellas are all provided in the home for guests to use during their stay. Enjoy our membership access to the Poipu Beach Athletic Club (right across the street) to lounge at the swimming pool, play a game of tennis, and dine at the Cabana Bar & Grill.

Surfing, snorkeling, beach walking, paddle-board rental and more are all available right on the property. Kiahuna Beach is just about 640 ft. from #64. Beach Hut can provide everything you need for the beach: towels, chairs, sunscreen, snorkel gear, even sandcastle building supplies. Well-maintained gas grills and picnic areas are also conveniently located for your use. While #64 has its own washer and dryer, there are also coin-op laundry facilities elsewhere on the resort property for guest use as well.

Shopping, art galleries, golf, hiking, beaches, and a variety of dining options are all located within a roughly 3-mile radius. Ready to explore more? Helicopter Tours, Sunset Sails along the breathtaking Napali Coast, Kayak Adventures to Waterfalls, Deep Sea Fishing, Zipline, Horseback Riding, Waimea Canyon, and Spouting Horn are all waiting for you on the Garden Isle. While you can relax endlessly just enjoying the resort, we do recommend renting a car to enjoy the island more fully.

Good condo, mostly clean and comfortable. Could use new dishwasher and carpets cleaned. Could also use some updating in bathrooms but there was plenty of space, amply supply of towels (much appreciated) and bath and kitchen necessities. Beautiful grounds, mostly quiet and very relaxing. The best place for watching sunsets. Rental agency couldn't have been nicer or more responsive to our requests. They were very helpful and timely in every contact with them. Would rent from them again. Would rent same condo again.

Spacious, clean and a great location. Plenty of space for 2 adults and 2 teens for a week. The condo was very clean when we arrived. The beach is close and perfect for swimming and snorkeling. We will stay here again.

This unit open and breezy. Kitchen was great. Small bedrooms but okay. Really nice linens and towels. Great beach chairs, towels, etc.Good overall.For future bookings for the price:* Carpet needs major cleaning.* Upper windows and casings need cleaning, full of spider webs*Unit as all of Kiahuna Plantation need updating. Rusty faucets, peeling paint, damaged woodwork.

Family fun in Kauai

Overall very nice unit and location. Sliding screen doors and bathroom vanities need some attention, master bedroom slider would not lock even after maintenance attempted to fix. Plenty of fans to keep the air moving . But other than these minor issues, very nice unit and would book it again.

Perfect Beach Paradise

After travelling my whole life I have never been to a more perfect spot than Kiahuna. Condo #64 is an ideal, spacious and wonderfully located 2 bedroom condo. It is well appointed and super comfortable. It is just far enough from the beach to be private and quiet but a lovely 3 minute walk to the beach-side lawn. The lovely pool with sand area and waterslide, well stocked gym, tennis and pickleball courts and nice yet casual restaurant right across the street are wonderful. The biggest challenge we had during our vacation was moving 5ft every 20 minutes to stay in the shade of the palm tree.

Property Review

Overall it's a nice property, although a bit dated. There is no air-conditioning which I probably missed on the listing details. The pool is across the road in another venue, which I also probably missed on the listing details.

Great Tropical Townhome

My wife and our three children, (8 months, 3, and 7) stayed here for 10 days and it was great! I definitely would've given it 5 stars, but it doesn't have AC and that's just the only negative about it. We just jumped into the warm tropical environment as a part of the trio's experience and the breeze blowing through was great, but it definitely is uncomfortable at night sometimes. Everything else was great about it though! The huge lawn and gigantic beautiful tree right in front of it is and under sold and awesome facet of this townhome. Our kids had an absolute blast playing and exploring there every morning and evening, and I would definitely look at coming back to this resort again.

Can't wait to return

We loved our stay at this property. The interior was spacious, the kitchen well stocked, and finishings lovely. We loved having the huge grassy lawn just out the bedroom for our four year old to run wild. It was a perfect place to return to after a day at the beach (all walkable from the resort). The pool club across the street was a great place when the little ones needed a break from the beach–and the parents were rewarded with great food and drinks in a lovely kid-friendly environment. We can't wait to return!

Great location, beautiful place

This was our 4th trip to Hawaii (2 Maui, 2 Kauai) in the past 5 years. While we have enjoyed each trip and each location, we all agreed that this was our favorite overall stay. It is on the beach, not super crowded, offers good snorkeling, fun boogie boarding. And, the condo was amazing. It was clean, roomy and well-stocked. The windows and high-beamed ceilings were fantastic. Really a special location. This may be the "one" we actually come back to again in the future.

Beautiful Equipped Condo

We had the BEST time staying at the Kiahuna Plantation. This condo is very well equipped for a family- fully stocked kitchen for cooking, comfortable (scent free!) linens and beds, spacious. We loved the high ceilings in the living/dining space and the access to such beautiful family friendly beaches was unparalleled. It was our first time staying in Kauai and we'd book this same exact place again. Wish we stayed longer. Thank you!
