Great property, fantastic host!!!! Five adults and two pre-teens thoroughly enjoyed this property. Great location close to beaches, dining, golf, shopping and the quaint little town of Koloa. Lihue, a slightly larger town is 25 minutes away and has most anything else you may need (Costco, etc.). Very spacious, clean and more than adequate house provisions for cooking, eating, swimming and going to the beach. Very prompt and helpful communication with the host, Don.Our entire family would highly recommend this property!

The house was perfect for four couples...each had a King bedroom with ensuite bathroom. The location adjacent to the Kiahuna golf course was great for walking the neighborhood and was very quiet aside from the roosters! The kitchen was well stocked and there was plenty of beach/pool equipment to use. Our trip was fantastic and I highly recommend this property.

Accommodation were outstanding. The layout of the home with 4 large bedrooms was perfect for our family of eight. Location was excellent given proximity of beaches, restaurants, golf, and diving/snorkeling. Don, the property manager, was always very responsive and helpful.

Perfect for 4 couples or 4 Golf buddies

4 golf buddies, we each had a Master Suite, private pool, gourmet kitchen. 5 Star accommodations. The only thing you need to ask yourself is; does it fit your budget and is it available? I have stayed in many vacation homes, This one is by far the BEST!!!!!!

Excellent Kauai vacation

Property is fabulous with a great location. Pool on site, beaches just minutes away. 4 en-suite bedrooms, huge kitchen and living spaces. Gorgeous sunrise views. Lots of crowing roosters is the one and only negative I would mention. We love this house, we’ve rented it twice now.

Wonderful property. Great size house. Pool is ideal. You need a car for all but the short walk to the golf club or Village. Host, Don was very responsive and helpful.

5 STAR HOME!

Myself, 3 adult children and their significant others and my 3 grandchildren stayed in this beautiful home March 2023. Everyone loved the comfortable sleeping arrangements and private bathrooms. The pool was a hit with our littles (and us bigs)! Home was very clean, well equipped, and offered tons of pool toys/ floats and beach snorkels and chairs available. The location is awesome, as well! I am a huge fan of the Poipu area - and we were only a few minutes drive to Poipu Beach,shopping, and numerous dining locations. Don is a A+ as a property host - with prompt replies to our questions, allowing an early check in for a couple in our party, and understanding when we had to report some damage while we stayed in his home. This is my 7th trip to Kauai and the best home I have ever stayed in. The only down side of our stay was having to leave. I highly recommend this amazing home to families as well as to individual couples We will definitely be returning to this beautiful home!

Absolutely beautiful home, 4 bedrooms. Each with bathroom, extra bathroom off kitchen, bathroom and shower outside by pool. Quiet great neighborhood, great beds and pillows. Kitchen very well stocked, hair dryers, etc. Soaps, shampoos. Conditioners, best stocked home I've ever stayed in! Host was very receptive

Wonderful stay

This is a beautiful home - we had a fabulous time with our family of 3 grown children and their spouses. The house is very comfortable and we especially enjoyed the pool and outdoor area. Every bedroom having their own bathroom was a huge convenience. We also enjoyed hanging out at the poipu athletic club. Great central location, easy to get to the beach and restaurants.

Great house and property

The house was fantastic and fit our group of 7 easily. The property is in a nice neighborhood and within a short drive to many area attractions. Everything was provided with no extras needed including snorkel masks which was a plus for us! Don was great to work with and we are already thinking of booking again!

Poipu house

This is the 2nd time that we’ve stayed here, and will be back! The house is situated a few minutes from the beach, shopping and resorts. The house is perfect for 2 family’s and the pool is a nice way to end the evening!

Wonderful Kauai vacation

The best VRBO rental we have stayed at. Beautiful house and it was perfect for four couples with lots of room. Everything was stocked for your stay. Don was great to work with. The house was located in a great area, close to restaurants, beaches, and golfing. Would highly recommend.

Family Time on Kauai

We really enjoyed our time at this condo. It is very conveniently located within walking distance to several beaches. Grocery stores and shops are close by. There is plenty of space for food storage and the kitchen was well outfitted. Individual bath rooms for each bed room was appreciated by everyone. The swimming pool was a great plus and used regularly. Overall this was a great location and property for our nearly two week family get together.

Great house!!!

We’ve rented a lot of properties all over the world. This house ranks in the top. The location is very close to golf, restaurants, shops, grocery store. It’s a gorgeous property and well kept. The owner was very accommodating letting us check in 6 hours early due to our flight change. He was also very responsive with questions during the booking process. Some of my favorite things about the house- three bedrooms with King beds and private bathrooms so all couples had nice rooms, the kitchen was very well appointed with everything we needed to cook, the patio and pool area are lovely. My only complaint is trivial - it would be nice to have better shades/curtains for sleeping in. Definitely recommend this property!

Wonderful House

This house was absolutely perfect for our family. It was our first time traveling with a toddler and the house had everything needed and more to accommodate adult and child alike. It's nestled in a quiet neighborhood with plenty of space for our family to come together for meals and socializing.

Wunderbares Haus, eine tolle Zeit

Wir haben den Urlaub sehr genossen, das Haus war wunderbar und war genau so wie beschrieben - sogar besser. Der Pool ist sehr gross und warm, die Kinder waren begeistert, vor allem auch von den vielen Poolspielzeugen, die vorhanden sind. Im Haus hatten wir sehr viel Platz, mit vier Schlafzimmern und jedes mit eigenem Bad (die Matratzen der Betten waren auch sehr bequem). Die KĂŒche hatte ebenfalls alles, was man sich wĂŒnscht. Der Außenbereich ist sehr schön angelegt und die Lage am Golfplatz war auch klasse. Man erreicht den Strand und die nahen Shops zwar auch zu Fuß, wie waren allerdings froh, einen Mietwagen zu haben. Die Kommunikation mit Don war wunderbar, alles hat bestens geklappt. Mahalo Don, fĂŒr die wunderbare Zeit in dem schönen Haus!

Amazing & Relaxing

Our group of friends and family so enjoyed the relaxation this gorgeous home offered us in our downtime. It was clean and exactly what the pictures present it to be. It was lovely to have a pool to swim in whenever we felt like - no closing time. We were able to cook several meals at home to enjoy together. Can we talk about the beds for a minute? They were insanely comfortable - which, after a full day of activity, the luxury of being able to fall asleep in comfort did not go unnoticed. Check in and check out procedures were simple. Especially check out. So often, vacation home rentals require you to essentially deep clean the house before their cleaning crew arrives. We left the house tidy upon check out, of course - you always try to leave things as you found them. But we didn't feel as though we were both doing AND paying for the cleaning. Don was an excellent host and incredibly easy to work with. We so enjoyed our stay. You will, too. Don't think twice, book this house!
