Introducing the Dolphin House, our private 3,700 sq ft 4 bedroom, 3 full bath, 2 half bath home for 8 guests, located on a large corner lot in the upscale Poipu Beach neighborhood, Kiahuna Golf Village, and featuring a beautifully landscaped private yard complete with an 850 sq ft heated swimming pool, and built-in BBQ. Split zoned air conditioning throughout home. Indoor and outdoor dining.

NEW Queen sofa bed added to ground floor living area with adjacent 1/2 bath.

NEW Free Access to air-conditioned Strength Studio Kauai gym in nearby Koloa Town: 30 minute workouts: Vasper systems, ARX and Carol bikes.

This meticulously cleaned, well-stocked home features comfortable beds with fine linens, smart tvs, with cable, and the best possible high speed WIFI is provided by the local cable company, Spectrum Cable, to create an outstanding environment for an intimate group to gather.

With beautiful ocean and golf course views from its second floor, this spacious custom designed home boasts a fully stocked Chef's kitchen with a propane cooktop, indoor dining , comfortable beds, fine bed linens, television, and high speed WIFI.

Two half baths - one up and one down - are added conveniences, with the outdoor shower near the swimming pool to rinse off the beach sand.

The home's swimming pool and BBQ area is private and relaxing, and is beautifully maintained and accented with tropical landscaping and lava rock walls.

Located near Poipu white sand beaches, restaurants and shops, this well appointed home features two living areas - one up and one down - to gather comfortably, or to read and work solo.

The laundry room is where you will find the beach towels. Laundry soap provided.

On-site parking for two vehicles in the private driveway near the front entry.

NEW: Our Dolphin House includes access to the new Strength Studio gym in nearby Koloa Town and the Poipu Beach Athletic Club which offers a swimming pool with waterslide, tennis and pickleball courts, a weight room and a cardio room for your use and enjoyment.

Thank you so much for your attentive service during our family stay. The home was beautifully appointed, so clean.

The home's air temperature was perfect. We were able to set the temperature in each bedroom and in the living-kitchen-dining area to our liking.

The huge dining table was our gathering spot every night after a day of hiking or beaching etc.. The kitchen worked well for our family meals, and the cabinet of games was a nice touch.

The full size washer and dryer in the laundry room was stocked with Persil laundry soap. And the Kai diffuser was an over the top touch. Well done. We'll be back! Mahalo and Aloha, Joe

Relax in the sun on your private poolside chaise lounge. Stroll down to Keoki's to listen to Hawaiian music while enjoying your favorite beverage and their famous Hula Pie.

Jump in the ocean at nearby Kiahuna Beach. Sail Kauai's south shore with Captain Andy. Rent electric bikes or beach cruisers to peddle around the Poipu Resort area.

Play 18 holes of golf or hit a bucket of balls at nearby Kiahuna Golf Course. Walk to Spouting Horn and the National Tropical Botanical Garden.

Search for sea shells along Kauai's eleven-mile Polihale Beach. Hike the south shore's Maha'ulepu Trail and the many trails up in the Waimea Canyon and Kokee State Park.

Pick a sunny day to drive north to Hanalei. Call before driving up to check on the north shore weather forecast.

This rental property is exceptional. Location is perfect for everything, beaches and restaurants all wonderful. We were 5 adults and it was perfect for us. A few little glitches that were promptly rectified. Would highly recommend unless you have a problem with stairs as the living and dining are up a long stairway. Just paradise!

Beautiful, spacious home on a lovely part of the golf course. The lanai and upstairs living space is so lovely. Pool is beautiful and well stocked with toys. It was a perfect spot for two families to share space and have some privacy- not an easy ask in a rental property. Any issues we had were promptly addressed by the management company. The location is right in the heart of Poipu, close to shops, beach, and main access roads. Cannot wait to come back!

Amazing vacation!!!

The family and I absolutely loved this property. It was way bigger than expected, clean, had A/C, and a beautiful lanai with amazing views. The pool was the perfect temperature, the kids absolutely loved the pool. The property had easy check in and check out instructions. It was in a great location just a short drive to the beach and within walking distance to shopping and places to eat. Our experience was magical and I’m sure we’ll be back. We miss it already and we haven’t even left the island yet. Memories for a lifetime. Thank you for allowing us to stay at your amazing home.

Great Family and Friends Retreat

This is a beautiful home in a great location. Everything was clean and well maintained and plenty of room for two families. It was great to come back to the house after a day of adventures and just relax by the pool. Our only advice for those looking to rent to this home are, if you struggle with stairs, this may not work for you. The kitchen, dining, and living area are on the second floor so it's a lot of up and down. The other advice is make sure you have all your kitchen needs. The kitchen is well appointed with cookware and dishes, but didn't have a stock of any spices (just some pepper, no salt) or any cleaning products for wiping down counters between meals. Overall, just a wonderful experience.

The house is visually stunning, Pool and backyard are great. Comfortable beds and plenty of towels. I wish there was more furniture on the lanai. Very nice stay overall.We had a few issues with random malfunctions of the kitchen appliances. Those were resolved to my satisfaction.

Nice place to stay

House was nice and in a great location. There was construction going on at two of the neighbors properties that was a bit bothersome. We did have the maintenance worker show up and enter the property un announced which was not something i was happy with or prepared for. Notice would have been nice. I believe the purpose of the visit was to confirm the number of people we had there, although he fixed two minor issues that could have waited. The pool was fun. The AC blew cold and kept the house comfortable. All in all a good time.

Family stayed for a week. Had a wonderful time. House had so much space The kitchen was fully equipped. Two major downfalls would be perhaps lack of one more community TV in the living room downstairs. Only two of the four bedrooms had televisions. At the end of the day to wind down and watch a little current events or TV, that would’ve been a bonus. And the other would be the waterfall on the pool was not working the entire week we were there. description of home stated that the fountain or waterfall would be on a timer from a certain time daily. Waterfall never worked.

Great, great property!

We loved the place! It was nice, modern, big, roomy, spotlessly clean, and well fitted with everything needed. Especially appreciated the laundry facilities which allowed us to keep our clothes clean during our stay AND return home with clean things so no need for that post-vacation duty! The pool was excellent -- perfect temperature, perfect water. We also liked how convenient it was to restaurants and shopping, and a great base for the excursions we took around the island. Beds were plus and comfortable, which was great after very busy days. Very "homey" and quiet neighborhood. Owners/management are VERY concerned about noise so not a place for rowdy gatherings or even noisy children. We chalk that up to neighbors who likely have complained, but we were a very quiet family of calm adults so had no issues (nor did we cause any).

Property is great and in a great location. Close to beach and restaurants. Pool is great. Adjacent golf course is nice . Check-in and Check-out process was easy. House has unusual layout with kitchen and great room on second floor and bedrooms on first floor. Can be difficult for grandparents. Overall, we enjoyed our stay.

Wonderful time

Love the great room upstairs and nice big kitchen. The pool was the star of the stay. Very large pool was great to come home to and cool off and have some fun. The house is in a great location. We had a great time!! The only negative would be the bedrooms doors are not really doors at all. They have open slats that allows noise in as if they are not there. And the washing machine sounds like a jet is taking off in the house. But overall a wonderful home and we had a great time!!!

Lovely pool

Beautiful house and property, nice quiet location. Tonnes of space, especially with just my wife and I, but was nice to come back to the pool at the end of the day to relax. Very nice open space and kitchen with wrap around deck on the second level, perfect for cooking and relaxing. Check in and communication all a breeze. Thank you!

Everything was as advertised. Beautiful home in a quiet neighborhood on the golf course with pool. Just a short drive to the beach, hiking, golf and shopping in Poipu. Could not have been better. For one week our little slice of tropical paradise!

Exceeds expectations !

The neighborhood is beautiful. The house was big and comfortable. The pool was amazing! Having access to the athletic club was a nice bonus. The golf course was beautiful. The views from the deck were amazing. I do agree with one of the other reviews regarding the the bathrooms( shower valves could use some TLC) . As well as one of the BBQs needing TLC. The host was great with responding to the small issues and any questions. Overall best stay ever hands down! You do not want to pass in this place! Would love to stay here again!!
