Our stay at the Sheraton was awesome. We had a great room on the ground floor right next to the parking lot to start when we checked in late. We were able to check in late at past midnight which was very nice. The accommodations in the morning were awesome because they let us stay and enjoy the resort for the rest of the day. We enjoyed the pool and the beach and we’re even able to watch the NFL playoff game overall very surprising beautiful beachfront resort great beach good for boogie boarding and the pool was very relaxing.

The pool was so nice and so close the beach! The staff was so nice and the concierge staff literally saved our vacation by helping us book new activities after our original plans got cancelled. I would definitely stay here again and recommend this location.

Really loved the Resort-great room/bed, beautiful hotel, fantastic location. However, upon checking in, there were tiny bugs on the bathroom vanity. We didn't want to complain-I mean, who wants to complain on a wonderful trip to Kauai?? However, the last day the bugs were all over- in the kitchen, bathroom and also on my laptop on the bed. I called to tell the manager and told her of the issue. Then, upon checking out, I spoke in person to her in person, asking for some sort of compensation. Her response: since we didn't tell her of the bug problem sooner during our stay, we weren't entitled to any sort of compensation. This is the first time I've heard of being "penalized" for NOT complaining. Seriously? Lesson learned!

There was no aloha at this hotel, no one says hello or greets you no smiles from staff, no music no feeling that you are in the beautiful island of kauai at all. The villas are dirty, our carpet was filthy, the dishwasher was old and rusty, the elevator to the floors smelled and had not been cleaned floor was sticky and no air conditioner, the manager ignored people in line at the front desk to train her team and continued the training even with 4 people waiting in line - next time I will stay at a Marriott better service for the price and they at least respect the island enough to have you feel like you are visiting Hawaii and their beautiful culture.

The resort was nice but our walls were a little thin. Also there was a $40 “resort fee” per day which we didn’t know about before booking. Since we were only staying 1 night and had an early activity the next day, we definitely did not use too much of the facilities.
