Fantastic apartment on Lake Constance

Very charming, tastefully newly furnished comfortable apartment. It is very centrally located and at the same time close to nature. In a few minutes you can reach the city center, the Seerhein, Lake Constance and various parks and forests.

The apartment is in a very quiet, upscale residential area. It is located on the 2nd First floor in a very family apartment building. It has three bedrooms, a living room, a kitchen, a bathroom and a balcony.

You can reach the apartment on foot, by bike, by car, train or plane (Zurich). Of course you can also use the garden. The bicycles you bring with you will find a dry place under the bike shelter in the fenced courtyard.

With an occupancy of 4 people, two bedrooms are rented. A third bedroom can be booked on request.

Sehr komfortable Ferienwohnung im Zentrum von Konstanz. Parkmöglichkeit suf öff. Parkplatz in ca 180m Entfernung gg Gebühr. Komfortable Betten, gute Küchenausstattung, großzügig geschnitten.Smart TV und Wifi vorhanden. Bad sehr geräumig, slles funktionierte. Wir können diese Wohnung uneingeschränkt weiterempfehlen.

Top Unterkunft in super Lage!

Die Ferienwohnung ist sehr groß und mit allem wichtigen ausgestattet. Diese eingnet sich auch gut zum Kochen. Bei Problemen waren die Vermieter schnell erreichbar und sehr hilfsbereit. Dank eines großen Parkplatzes in der Nähe war die Anreise kein Problem. Die Lage ist sehr zentral und die Innenstadt in wenigen Minuten erreichbar. Alles in allem nur zu Empfehlen!

Amazing location and outstanding hosts

This property exceeded expectations. It was in a perfect location, only minutes walking from the old part of the city and close to lots of shops and restaurants. It was a quiet and lovely neighborhood. This modern apartment was extremely clean, spacious, well laid out, had comfortable beds, and had all the essential things that you would need in the kitchen. Lots of towels too! It was great to have a covered patio to enjoy. Nadine and her husband were exceptional hosts. They were so personable. They provided us a safe space to store our rental bikes and gave us advice about the ferries. They were available with excellent communication for anything that we required during our stay. We would love to stay there again and we are definitely going to keep this listing bookmarked for future trips.

Großzügige Fewo, die wir mit 5 Personen + Kleinkind eine Woche bewohnt haben. Wohnung ist komplett mit allem ausgestattet, was in einer Urlaubswoche gebraucht wird. Insbesondere die gute Ausstattung der Küche ist hervorzuheben. Und wenn doch etwas Spezielles fehlt - wie bei uns Hochstuhl und Kinderwagen für das Kleinkind - wird es von der sehr freundlichen Vermieterin umgehend bereitgestellt. Ideal ist die altstadtnahe, aber dennoch sehr ruhige und "grüne" Lage der Wohnung. Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt und kommen gern wieder!

Our stay and accomodation couldn't have been more perfect.

The apartment was in a lovely older district and going up 2 1/2 flights of stairs made us feel quite European. The apartment itself was very tastefully renovated and modernized with every convenience. Our host, Nadine Stachel, was professional and warm and accommodating. The location of the apartment was in easy walking distance to the centre of Konstanz, the train station and the Bodensee (Lake Konstanz) with all its ferries to places of interest on the lake. I would highly recommend this lovely, immaculately clean apartment which by the way has a small deck off the kitchen for enjoying coffee in the morning before you begin your day or having a glass of wine at the end of the day.

Very nice apartment in a good location

If you are ok with climbing 2 1/2 floors you will love this apartment. It is very well maintain, clean and very nice, and good size. Just like in the pictures. We really had great time for our family reunion, me, my parents, my brother and his little girl. She loved the room with the bunk beds. And even my mom loved the apartment, she she is a very picky person! It is also only 7 min walk from the city center with tons of shopping, restaurants, a shopping mall and an organic grocery store. So location is great. Last but not least, Nadine, the owner, is an amazing person, very sweet and accommodating. She made sure we had everything we needed. I would absolutely recommend this apartment to my relatives..

Wir haben einen 6-Tage-Urlaub in Konstanz, in einer sehr schönen Ferienwohnung erlebt. Die Ferienwohnung liegt in unmittelbarer Nähe zur Altstadt (maximal 5-10 Minuten Fußweg) Sehr günstige Busverbindungen bestehen zum Bahnhof, zum Hafen und zur Autofähre nach Meersburg. Die Ausstattungen der Ferienzimmer sind modern. Die Küche ist beeindruckend - einfach: TOP. Sehr angenehm und sehr, sehr freundlich die Vermieterin. Ganz ausgezeichnet hat uns die Info-Mappe gefallen, wo alles erdenklich Mögliche sehr informativ beschrieben und erklärt wurde. Für 4 Personen eine sehr, sehr gute Ferienwohnungsadresse.
