Amazing Villa!
Amazing and beautiful villa on an amazing island. The villa has everything you could possibly need, it is clean and modern and stylish. The neighbourhood is quiet and relaxed while only being 5 minutes drive from the airport and 30 minutes from Kos town. The host is kind and generous.

Relaxing off-season stay
As a family with a 7 & 11 year old we had a wonderfully relaxing April break at the villa. The pool looks out across the olive trees and the upper terrace has views down to the sea. The villa is well arranged and although stormy weather prevented us using the external living and eating areas, they are elegant with everything required. I enjoyed the lack of Wi-Fi which led to children exploring outside and playing games. We walked to the airport from here to hire a car in 30 minutes however flights are infrequent so the proximity isn’t noticeable. We would definitely return in future.

Outstanding experience of slow life with high-end twist
First of all, everything about the property was just as in the description. Beautifully located with a view on green gorge and with a sea-view from the upper terrace. Milky way visible at night with bare eyes. This villa is very well-designed, fitted into the narrow garden, spacious without being too-large. Cozy and tastefully modern at the same time, with a lot of fine art and nice furniture. Also, what is a major advantage for tourist from Central Europe, very miditerranean. The exterior of the house is actually very picturesque and we have amazing vacation photos from the terrace and around the swimming pool (which was another huge advantage). There was no problem with the water, kitchen was very well equiped (dishwasher, a lot of glasses, plates etc, refrigerator with ice-maker and many more). Master bedroom is modern with open bathroom which did not bother us however you need to like the idea. No air conditioning available however we used fans during the nights. Comfortable beds. Nice exterior furniture as well. And the host - Jean-Philippe - was perfect. Very communicative and of perfect hospitality. We contacted and we were asked if we need anything, adviced about car-rental company (which we used gladly) and places to visit. It's been just great 5 days we wished we could stay couple days longer. We surely will tell about this place to our friends and close-ones. Amazing vacation. And all that in the time of Covid-19, for which our host also prepared the house: masks and hand-sanitizers were available for us.

Thank you for a lovely stay.
What a beautiful well kept modern house in such a peaceful location. The pool was large and we used it often to cool down. Communication with Jean-Philippe was perfect, David met us in the village, showed us around and left us to enjoy. The pool was cleaned every day and although there was non we knew if there had been any problem David would have sorted it out for us. Loads of places to eat and all at very reasonable prices. Check out process very easy too and literally ten minute drive to the airport. Thank you for a lovely stay Jean-Philippe!

Lovely property, rural setting, local shop and taverna very friendly
Property is very spacious, lots of outside areas, patios, pool and dinning area. The property is set in a rural area which is lovely and quite. Local shop provides basic ingredients and the local taverna is very friendly and traditional. Local bus available but car needed if you prefer to travel around a lot. Some very pleasant walks in the area if you are interested in the local sites.
