This apartment was spacious, clean, comfortable, and perfectly located, with easy access to restaurants, shops, and the main attractions of Kotor’s Old Town. The owner, Radonja, was incredibly welcoming, warm, and exceptionally helpful throughout our stay. Having a host who genuinely goes the extra mile to ensure guests have a great experience makes all the difference. I highly recommend staying here if you’re visiting Kotor.

Great location in Old town Kotor. The owner gave us a warm welcome, gave us information and tips in going around the town. The room was spacious and cozy, it even has a little kitchen. The bathroom was a little small but manageable. Please note that there is a bar downstairs that plays music until around 1 am, however the room does a decent job of soundproofing. Overall our stay was great.

First of all, must give the host a big applause, he helped us with the luggages when we checked in and out, he recommended the restaurants and helped us to make a plan to visit the tourist attractions. And the Location is very convenient close to everything, ie bus terminal, grocery stores the most convenient is the place is right in the old town, making it easy to get around!

The owner was trully exeptional...first class service...room was all the things we need...didnt expect the cooker...shower could have been stronger but managrable...a bit noisy in the evening but to be fair enough it was the week they celebrated the anniversary of there independence...but overall we were a happy customer and I'll stay there again.

The location is excellent- close to everything you need, with easy access to transport, shops and local attractions. The room was very well maintained and clean, providing relaxing space after a long day. It felt like home away from home. The host was incredibly helpful, responsive and genuinely kind throughout our stay. He provided us with instructions on how to get around, good food and restaurant recommendations and was available for any help whenever needed. The host was absolutely amazing and really makes this place. He goes above and beyond to make sure that you’re all settled in nicely even carried my bag. The room is air-conditioned it’s quite old that quite comfortable. The only downside is it is above a cocktail place so it is quite noisy into the night. Maybe just bring earplugs in case. I guess the offset of that is its position very nicely in the centre of town and easy to get to the boat and climb the hill and have restaurants and cafes within reach.

Great stay in Old Town

Had a great stay in Kotor at this place. Radonja was a fabulous host, and made sure I knew everything important about Kotor. It's in a great location to access everything there is to do. There is a busy bar downstairs, so it's not a quiet retreat, but the location is completely worth it. I would definitely stay there again.

The room is located right next to a very loud bar that goes on until the early hours of the morning. The beds are two sofas and the decor is a little outdated. Everything else was amazing. The host was incredible. He bought us coffee a few times in the cafe outside, he booked us on a boat tour and he was very informative.
