Junior Villa Melandra is a beautiful three-bedroom, three-bathroom property with stunning sea and sunset views situated. Private pool (with heating available) and communal pool.

Bedrooms: Master double bedroom (en suite with large modern shower wet room) second double bedroom and one twin room (both have their own shower rooms).

Full Villa Description:
A beautiful, bright spacious townhouse villa with its own private pool (with heating available). The ground floor hosts the modern, fully fitted kitchen (with dishwasher) and dining area, as well as the comfortably furnished living area, both of which open out to the spacious upper terrace. The living room has a large UHD TV with a comprehensive TV system that has international sports and unlimited movie channels. The upper terrace has comfortable sofas and chairs and a dining table and chairs perfect for taking in the stunning sea, golf and sunset views.

All three of the bedrooms have en suite bathrooms and are located on the lower ground floor – the bedrooms and bathrooms are lovely and modern, the master en suite with large wet room shower and other two with walk-in showers. All bedrooms open out onto the private lower pool terrace – a peaceful area with sunbeds, private pool (with heating available), dining table and a BBQ area with sink and gas BBQ. This terrace can also be accessed from the kitchen and side of the property (gated for safety).

The villa has free, reliable wi-fi, is air-conditioned throughout, has ceiling fans and has wall-mounted electric heaters for added comfort in winter months.

Junior Villa Melandra is well placed; it is located in a quiet area of Zephyros Village just a short stroll from the communal pool, and within a 10 minute walk of the Resort village centre and facilities.

Please note: pool heating for this villa is recommended between October - May and costs an additional €235.00 per week.

Our standard check-in procedure is that we meet our guests at the resort entrance, show you to your holiday home, give you a brief guided tour and hand over the keys.


We will request your full flight details ahead of your arrival, in order to make sure that your meet & greet runs smoothly.


During times of Covid-19 we can also offer a remote check-in service in order to minimise contact; full instructions/directions/map shall be sent in advance, as well as more detailed information on the property, a key box code and a telephone number to contact in case of any questions.
