The place is Convenient for shopping. Coming from a long trip, from other country they should have a special arrangement, to accommodate their guests. Staff needs to learn to speak and understand English , even basic English.

The room is on the 5th floor without a lift

Our room is on the 5th floor big enough for 4 people but their toilet always stocked with eater after using it. If you're in your 50's do not check in their especially if you have big and heavy luggages they do not have a lift.The place is good enough for shopping and for riding the mtr nearest station is mongkok which is two street away from the hotel.

Very noisy streets, Especially my room was by The street where bus drivers parked.(lots of yelling and fighting(verbally) at night time.) No elevators, 6 flights of stairs if have issues with stairs, this is not for you. Difficult and confusing to find, they're under the same name as "Spanish hotel".

Great location at Mongkok for low price.

It was a solo getaway so looking for a place to sleep and rest only. I did not need other amenities and did not want to pay for a nice hotel. First night I stayed in a hostel that had 10 bunkbeds in one room. That was weird. Second night I stayed at Yue Ka. The prices between the two were the same. The hostel was at Causeway Bay while Yue Ka was in Mongkok. Both locations are great for shopping and eating so no real difference. Price were about the same. Therefore, between the two, Yue Ka is much better. The only problem was no elevator and unit was on 6th floor. But I can live with that for this location and for this price.

The worse guest house that I have ever met.

It's located in 5th floor, that needed me to walk up by stairwell, so dirty, broken handrail, no receptionist or guest house personnel on that floor. Room were terrible, saw hairs on bed sheet. Seems like home of gangster. Lived in there was the worse experience.

We didn't stay as it was not a hotel at all. They are house converted as makeshift hotel rooms. It's stinky place and we lost money there. Very very disappointed. It's not meant for family stay.

Hotel location is terrible!!

The location of the hotel is TERRIBLE! It is located at the sixth floor of the building without lift. And you can see many sexy girls waiting for their guest at the corridor! Although we have booked two rooms, we just left without staying at all!! We felt being cheated by the photos and description of the hotel at Expedia's website!

まず、チェックインは広東語オンリーでした。 現金でHK$100/一部屋、デポジットが必要で、デポジットを理解するのに少し時間がかかりました。 この建物にはエレベータがなく、かなりローカルな階段を上がって部屋に入ります。 自分の泊まった部屋は、同行者の隣だったのですが、同行者の部屋のシャワーの音がかなり響きました。 時間貸しもやっているので、出入りはあるように思いました。
