We booked a family holiday. The children were given a double bed. We asked for two single beds. They refused. The two rooms should have been next to eachother. They had my boys in a room behind us. The power in the boys room did not exist. They could not power the phones/ipads. The internet was working for 30 mins in the 4 days we stayed. We booked 19 days. We asked for a refund, they asked us to call wotif. We were refused a refund. The children were given one sheet. My other son had to use a towel to sleep. The first reason for not refunding our payment for 19 days was due to us not paying the breakfast bill and returning the key. We did so the next day. Then the refusal for refunding our remaining days not stayed in the hotel was due to the hotel regulations. Wotif has stated they can not do anything without the hotels permission. I spoke to 5 different couples, they all could not access internet. One couple had a child with ADHD and this was not ideal. Her husband was working on holiday. He could not access internet for work. 40 occassions I went to ask for help to get internet. They said it was all fixed, I would head to my room, and it was not working. They lied each time, that it was fixed.
