You can see that this hotel was once lovely. But it now needs a lot of work. There was a wooden towel rack in our bathroom visibly held together with duct tape. The bottom of our tub had a chip and cracks. The grout was crumbling. There was dust and dirt behind the bed. The phone line was so crackly you had to walk to the front desk to be able to talk to them. The grounds are pretty but run down. They need a good renovation. The bell boys were wonderful. Always available to give you a lift in their golf carts. The staff to book the tours was also very helpful and gave great recos.

AVOID AT ALL COST!! Feel cheated having paid over $200/night on this property. First off, rooms are not what they show in pics. They are dated, broken tub, walls, really really old beds. It’s almost like you travel back in time to 50 years back. The property has not been updated (except a few rooms which they show in pictures) Things like - only 2 keys per room (one of which needs to be “plugged” to turn on air conditioning), smelly towels, dirty looking bedsheets, were a big turn off! What made the experience worse was indifferent (and sometimes rude) staff. Haven’t experienced this ever in Thailand and I’ve travelled a fair bit around the country. The location is great but there are much better resorts at this price range (even much lower) Really disappointed

The property has a great location and could be a great place to stay. Unfortunately, it has fallen into disrepair and is in bad need of a deep clean everywhere and a lot of general maintenance. One pool had very cloudy, green water instead of clear and the loungers either had missing pads or they were dirty and/or ripped. Rooms were similar with dirty looking taps from the chrome not being polished and cushions for seats being marked and neeeding cleaned or replaced. General grounds also needed maintenance with algae filled ponds and lots falling to pieces.

The only thing this resort has is the location otherwise, food, service and condition of the room and facilities are all terrible. Location is so good and close to everything the hotel is missing.

Great beach. Large, well kept room with balcony. Quiet at resort but near street with restaurants and shops. Breakfast buffett with Asian and Western food options. Buggy/golf cart was helpful before we figured out the layout with husband's limited walking range. Beautiful grounds. Very nice relaxing stay. Did not find the resort run down at all as some reviews suggested.
