This villa can accommodate 4 to 6 people thanks to its outbuilding the bungalow "Alexia". Modern style on 2 levels. Broadband WiFi.
On the ground floor a large terrace with outdoor lounge and massive dining table.
Two very large sliding wooden bays overlooking the American kitchen equipped with a large fridge freezer, dishwasher, oven, coffee machine, toaster, microwave, kettle, 2 gas hob with extractor, double sink and sound huge bar island in pink marble. Teak storage furniture in a large vital space. Behind the kitchen a utility room with storage and washing machine then sink, mirror and bathroom toilet.
Separated by a low concrete wall, the chaise longue sofa with its TV.
The very high ceilings with 2 large ceiling fans keep this room well ventilated thanks to the window bars and mosquito nets.
Upstairs 2 large bedrooms with king size teak beds equipped with bedside tables and storage unit and armchair. In each bedroom ceiling fan, cupboard and bathroom with mirror sink, toilet and hot water shower.
Then another terrace overlooking the sea view from the rooms and allowing you to admire the sunset!
In a lush exotic garden, the Alexia outbuilding, a modern style bungalow, receives two other people at an additional cost. 2 single beds can be put together either for a couple or 2 friends.

The host of the house was excellent. He even drove my daughter and I to the local hospital after she fell and needed a stitch. The house is in great condition and in a great location. We had a really nice time there. I would recommend it.

Lovely quiet house

We were very happy with our stay here. The house is in a quiet neighborhood about 15 minutes from Ao Nang, near several beaches and a short drive from a nature trail. The kitchen was huge and well-stocked and the entire place was very clean when we arrived. We especially enjoyed the front covered patio, which had large fans for cooling and very comfy chairs. This is a very nice choice if you’re looking for a place away from the noise of the tourist center.

Nice House / good Place

Perfect! We got no problems. MR. Sebastian is a good landlord. He got many contacts in Krabi. For everything he knows somebody. We booked a ride to hong island. We git picked up at our house. Got our one boat. It was brilliant. Everything is very strucured. You dont have to think about anything. Near the house are the pine bungalows a beautiful place like heaven. It was amazing. I woud come back.

Secluded jungle home with bungalow

This home comes with an awesome host! He helps you get anything you want and makes great recommendations. The seclusion was unexpected yet inviting so we could learn to relax. Host has a car service available upon request or you can use your GRAB app and pay a little more. We used the bikes to get back and forth to the market for snacks. We enjoyed walking to the beach to cool off and we enjoyed the A/C units located in each of the bedrooms whenever the heat of the day became unbearable. (Water and electricity are an additional cost) It was nice to have a washer for our clothes since we were backpacking with minimal belongings. The host arranged a kayaking excursion that was one of the most amazing and memorable things we did while in Thailand. If we could recommend anything, it would be to have an A/C unit in common area and to have beds softer but hard beds are expected in Thailand! 😁

Everything you could hope for in a Thailand vacation home.

This is an absolutely stunning and comfortable home. Perfectly secluded but just across the road from quiet beach and delicious restaurants. Super Villa et super Hôte à proximité de la plage

Séjour extra en Thaïlande à coté de Krabi et Ao-Nang ! Une belle villa avec des super volumes (de l'espace !) pour chaque pièce et une belle terrasse ombragée en façade de maison. Un beau jardin à la végétation et aux fleurs variés embelli le tout. A moins de 5 min à pied d'une très belle plage peu fréquentée, la villa permet de rayonner dans cette belle région de la baie de Phang-nga : sortie bateau (long tail boat typique ou speed boat) dans les nombreuses iles de Phi-Phi, Chicken, Poda etc., promenade à coté des éléphants dans le Sanctuaire, cours de cuisine thaï, randonnée pédestre dans la réserve de Wang Than Thip Park, escalade des falaises à Riley ou ailleurs plus isolé. La villa propose une belle cuisine bien équipée si vous vous sentez de vous mettre aux fourneaux. Sinon à 5 min à pied plusieurs restaurants de plage sont ouverts du matin au soir pour vous accueillir pour chaque repas à un prix très raisonnable. Et pour vous faciliter la vie au quotidien, le super ++ de la villa c'est Sébastien notre hôte, aux petits soins pour répondre à toutes nos questions et nous aiguiller si besoin pour trouver une bonne adresse. Sébastien a presque réponse à tout. Si vous lui poser une colle, il reviendra vers vous plus tard dans la journée avec la bonne réponse. Il nous a donné que des bons conseils tout au long de notre séjour ! Laissez-vous porter en toute confiance.

Nous revenons tout juste de Thaïlande, chez Sébastien à Ao Nang où nous avons passé d'excellentes vacances. Belles visites en bateau organisé par Sébastien, balades dans cette magnifique région Thaïlandaise, paysage à couper le souffle. Merci à Sébastien pour son accueil chaleureux et sa disponibilité. La jolie villa est agréable et très propre. On a l'impression d'être à la maison. Rien ne manque, même pas la wifi que nous avons utilisé à des fins professionnelles. Superbe maison, des grandes pièces moderne et épuré. Joli jardin, la plage juste à côté super pratique. . . Ao nang à 15 min pour sortir le soir ( boutiques, plage, restos, salons de massage, bar/pub. Les propriétaires très gentils, disponible, et joignable pour leurs locataires ( comme pour nous donner des idées de sortie, des jolies coins à faire absolument, des conseils pour loué des bateaux privée , ou des moto bike...)

Vacances de rêve

Super séjour dans une maison spacieuse et moderne! Le plus: elle se situe à 150 mètres d'une plage fréquentée par très peu de monde! On y trouve d'ailleurs un restaurant où vous pourrez apprécier des plats thaïlandais délicieux. Les propriétaires de la maison sont très sympas et disponibles pour donner des idées d'excursions et des bons plans. Bref, j'y retourne des que je possible!

Une maison formidable et un accueil fantastique

Nous avons passé 10 jours en famille dans la maison de Sébastien. Tout est conforme à l'annonce. La maison est vaste, moderne et propre, à 1 mn à pied de la plage et d'un super restaurant. Sébastien a été d'une très grande aide pendant tout le séjour, en nous donnant des conseils pour organiser nos excursions. Il connaît par ailleurs beaucoup de monde sur place et a pu nous obtenir des tarifs très intéressants. Je recommande vivement cette location : vous passerez des vacances extraordinaires!

Formidable séjour!

Nous avons passé de superbes vacances. La maison est parfaite, spacieuse, avec tout le necessaire. Nous avons apprécié la chaise haute pour notre bebe ainsi que le lit et les jouets pretés par Sebastien. La maison est à 3 min de la mer, la localisation est donc parfaite! Quel bonheur de pouvoir profiter du hamac et du calme de la maison! Un grand grand merci à Sebastien pr son aide, c etait le proprietaire parfait!
