The 65 m² apartment offers two separate bedrooms with a total of five single beds, a living kitchen, and a bathroom. Hiking trails, the Inn Cycle Path, and Kraiburg Forest Lake are nearby. Wi-Fi, smart TV, washing machine, and dryer are provided. Non-smoking apartment, no parties. Dogs are welcome. Please keep outdoor areas clean and promptly remove dog waste.

Situated directly on the Inn cycle path, this location is ideal for cyclists, hikers and nature lovers. You can relax on the balcony with a view of Guttenburg Castle and in the garden with fruit trees. The modern holiday flats offer approx. 70 m², fully equipped kitchen, bathroom, WLAN, washing machine and 2-4 beds. Check-in is uncomplicated via a key box, parking spaces are available.
