Sehr schön, Terrasse mit Blick auf den See

Wir haben uns sehr wohlgefühlt, die Lage direkt in der Natur ist wirklich einmalig. Der Weg hinunter zum See (10 Sekunden, wenn man rennt, für Sie ausprobiert) hatte gestutze Hecken, von der Terrasse hatte man daher Seeblick.Zum wiederholten Male in dieser Siedlung gewesen, die Holzhäuschen sind bezaubernd. Es ist alles vorhanden was man braucht. Style ist eher 1985, aber gepflegt.Im April war es sehr ruhig, nur etwa jedes zweite Haus belegt. Daher ist diese Location ein Geheimtipp vor allem im Frühjahr und Herbst.Das WLAN ist so gut, dass man den Teenager eventuell nicht mehr für Abendspaziergänge aus dem Loft bekommt. Wir würden das Haus wieder buchen. Vielen Dank an den netten Verwalter! Es war ein echt schöner Aufenthalt!

Sehr ruhige Lage, direkter Zugang zum See, das Haus ist super ausgestattet, ein Hinweis auf die sehr steile Treppe wäre gut, und, der Strompreis ist wirklich sehr hoch. Ist für alle zu empfehlen,die Natur lieben. War toll!!

gemütliches Haus und geniale Lage direkt

Wir waren mit unsren drei Kindern da. Unsere Kids waren am See oder auf dem Spielplatz und wir konnten viele Ausflüge machen. Das Haus ist gut ausgestattet. Kontakt mit Besitzerin und Verwalter waren unkonzipliert und schnell. Wir kommen wieder.

Ruhe finden ohne Ansprüche

Der Ort ist herrlich um Ruhe zu finden und die Natur zu genießen. Leider haben die Vermieter verpasst sich auch um ihr Objekt zu kümmern. Es wird mit Profit auf Verschleiß gefahren. Unsere Mängel wurden leider auch während unserer Anwesenheit und Anzeige nicht behoben. Soviel zum Interesse am Objekt.

Entspannungsurlaub in Krakow am See

Sehr schönes Ferienhaus in ruhiger Lage am See. Zuschnitt und Einrichtung sind super. Einkaufsmöglichkeiten in der Nähe sind gegeben. Herrliche Wandergegend, tolle Wälder. Informative Schiffsfahrten sind möglich. Rostock, Schwerin usw. sind sehr schöne Städte und schnell erreichbar, auch die Ostsee ist nicht allzuweit entfernt. Wer also einen entspannten Urlaub verbringen will, ist hier genau richtig. Hier würde ich jederzeit wieder buchen.

Die Lage des Objektes ist traumhaft, ebenso die Ausstattung lässt keine Wünsche offen. Einiziges Manko ist die Elektroheizung und die damit verbundenen Energiekosten. Sollte im Sommer allerdings webiger ein Problem sein. ;-).

Ferienhaussiedlung

Das Ferienhaus ist ansprechend und gemütlich. Das Wasser des See‘s ist sehr sauber. Kontakt und Ablauf der Vorbereitungen waren super. Wer aber die Abgeschiedenheit liebt, ist hier falsch. Wie in der Beschreibung auch vermerkt, das Haus befindet sich in der Mitte einer dichtbebauten Ferienhaussiedlung. Auf der Terrasse ist es gemütlich, Gespräche vom Nachbarn sind inklusive. Der Weg vom Strand endet genau auf der gegenüberliegenden Straßenseite. Kinder finden schnell Anschluss. Für Ruheliebhaber eher weniger geeignet.

Unsere Urlaubszeit 08/2021

Also die Ferienwohnung war im großen und ganz gut. Mängel waren jedoch auch vorhanden welche wir Herrn Stöver vor Ort mitteilten. Als da wären.. Schmutzige Tassen und Teller. Fehlende Glühbirnen. Viele Bretter auf der Terrasse waren brüchig um nicht zusagen es müsste nicht nur 1.Brett erneuert werden sondern die komplette Terrasse.Wurde Herrn Stöver auch gesagt und vor Ort gezeigt. Kaputter Sonnenschirm. Ein neuer Geschirrspüler wäre auch mal zu überlegen. Die Leiter oder Treppe zur oberen Etage ist auch sehr sehr steil. Und zu guter letzt brach das untere Bett ein weil anstatt Schrauben Nägel verwendet wurden, wurde aber schnell von Herrn Stöver repariert. Ansonsten waren wir voll und ganz zufrieden was die Ausstattung betrifft. Na und die Natur ist sowieso unbeschreiblich schön. Wie gesagt und geschrieben wir wollen nicht alles schlecht reden aber so ein Objekt kommt nun auch in die Jahre und daher sollte man auch ab und an etwas neues im Haus investieren und reparieren und von außen auch mal neue Farbe anbringen.

Schönes Haus in schöner Lage.

Das Haus ist sehr schön eingeteilt und war auch sehr sauber. Die Einrichtung ist sehr gut und es ist alles vorhanden (z.B. Küchenutensilien, Fön,..) Die Lage ist sehr gut und nur ein paar Meter zum See. Ein paar kleinere Reparaturarbeiten haben wir angegeben. Der Verwalter war sehr freundlich und alles hat sehr gut geklappt. Sehr zu empfehlen.

Sehr nettes gemütliches Ferienhaus 50 Meter entfernt vom See. Spielplatz ebenfalls in Sichtweite. Sehr ruhig. Wer auf Internet verzichten kann ist hier bestens aufgehoben.

Schöner kurzer Familienurlaub

Das Haus ist schön, aber für 5 Personen doch etwas klein... leider war der Geschirrspüler defekt. Kein Internet, sehr blöd wenn man nach Unternehmungen suchen will oder Geschäfte in der Umgebung sucht. Sonst war es sehr schön :-) Nur der garstige Schwan ist etwas aufdringlich ;-)
