The house has a light-flooded living-dining area with direct access to the terrace. A high-quality gas fireplace is an eye-catcher in the living area. Easily regulated from the comfort sofa by remote control, it provides additional warmth for the underfloor heating and enhances the living atmosphere. On the ground floor there is also a modern bathroom with a walk-in shower and the fully equipped kitchen with plenty of space and light to prepare delicious meals. Small moments of happiness bring awakening in our comfortable box spring beds. The spacious bedrooms on the upper floor have enough storage space for your wardrobe and a small balcony on the west side. In addition to the first-class equipment of the house, a highlight is the barrel sauna in your own garden. The electrically heated sauna creates a particularly good indoor climate thanks to its shape and the natural woods used. Protected from prying eyes in the enclosed garden, the special experience is waiting for you. The Altdorfer See cools you down in about 50 m. A real treat is relaxing on the large roof terrace with an unobstructed view of the Altdorfer See. On request, we can provide a cot up to 3 years old and a high chair. Our house also has a washing machine in the utility room and a house safe. The area of the nature park is developed with over 250 km of cycling and hiking trails, 100 km of circular hiking trails and approx. 160 km of bridle paths. The Nossentiner / Schwinzer Heide nature park wants to become the first star park in northern Germany. Particularly dark places are honored as a star park, where one can observe the night sky very well. So far, only four areas in Germany have the title.
