The hotel has no receptionist, and the room code was sent by email, which worked fine. On the first day, I emailed a simple question, and on the second day, I sent another message about a concern. Unfortunately, I haven’t received any reply, even after two weeks. The main positive is the location — right in the heart of Kraków’s Old Town, perfect for sightseeing and exploring the city.

The location was excellent and the apartment was quaint and lovely. It’s right in the middle of everything but still quiet at nights. The bathroom did let it down slightly, but the biggest issue is that the room isn’t serviced. With a family of four for three nights this meant that the rubbish bin was overflowing. It would have been good if even just the rubbish bin was emptied.

Everything was great. I personally loved the self-check-in style. The hotel is nice and right there in Old Town Krakow, close and walkable to several amazing sights.

Not the best if you want a good night’s sleep. The mattress and pillow were the most uncomfortable I’ve ever slept on. The curtains aren’t blackout, so you’ll be woken up early. The design felt a bit dated, but it wasn’t much different from the pictures. The automated entry was a convenient solution. Overall, okay for the price.

Very nice and clean room , location perfect The only one thing with I didn’t like was that there was no reception and in the description front desk should be available from 8AM to 8PM it could be a bit problematic to someone who arrived to krakow in the morning and wanted to leave the luggage’s in the reception before check in time.

The room was to dark to read in bed. Kettle not safe on edge of table, but appreciated. Shower basin filling up to much. No fire extinguisher. No cleaning service eg. Clean towels also bin needed emptying. We did enjoy our stay, comfortable bed, security was very good. Good character.

The room had everything a typical 3 star property would have. It’s in a central location just a few minutes walk from the main square. The property was off a busy street but since the room faced the courtyard the street noise was minimal. The hallway and room smelled of cigarette smoke when we arrived, the manager did their best to rectify the issue. At times we could hear other guests talking loudly at night or transiting back to their rooms. Would be helpful to have night hour signage. Overall it was a decent stay.

This hotel is basic but good. We had the quad room and it was 50 steps to the 4th floor. Room was very spacious, shower was excellent and beds very comfy. Right on main pedestrian area. Good historic looking stay

Great hotel near square

Great place to stay rooms were comfortable and clean definitely will use again great location great communication when I did message only thing that needs to change is somewhere to store luggage though they did let us use the room until 1 pm to store luggage but need a room for a bit longer as we had a evening flight but don’t let that put you off

Terrible customer service!

Upon arrival at the hotel we were ‘greeted’ by a very miserable receptionist. The code for the door didn’t work and she kept rolling her eyes when we asked for help. Eventually, after a phone call to another member of staff, she realised she had told us the wrong entrance and finally we got into our room. The room itself was clean and fairly nice. The bedding however wasn’t great. The sheets covering the mattress were 2 single sheets and didn’t even cover the bed, meaning we were sleeping on the actual bare mattress! The location of this hotel was excellent, but we wouldn’t return due to the terrible customer service and mediocre bedding.
