Sparkling clean room, located close to the main square but still very quiet. Air conditioning which was welcome. Could be improved only slightly by adding a bottle opener to the kitchen equipment and another mirror near a plug outlet, but these are very minor and did not affect our stay, just small points for the management to consider. We loved our little apartment and would stay again if we return to Krakow.

The location is excellent, but the building itself has no elevator, so it may not be suitable for stays with elderly guests or people with disabilities. It can also be challenging if you have a lot of luggage. Fortunately, one of the front desk staff kindly carried my elderly mother’s luggage upstairs, which was a great help. All the staff were friendly and helpful. One thing to keep in mind is that, unlike a regular hotel, there are no amenities or housekeeping services. You’ll need to bring your own items such as shampoo. We also booked a Salt Mine tour, and the driver was very kind, which made the experience enjoyable and worry-free. Overall, we were very satisfied. Thank you very much!

Location, location, location! Apartment was spacious and clean. There were no complimentary cosmetic products in the bathroom which was unusual, and no coffee maker, only instant coffee packets ☹️ Be careful with trying to get there by car. The staff told us that even with traffic restrictions we could drive up to leave luggage. That’s impossible with GPS and the hotel doesn’t provide any driving directions, so we lost 1.5 hours driving around. Just find a parking of Poselska St and it’s only 5 mins walk.

The location could not be better but the rooms do need a bit of a facelift. And it would be great to install another plug in this day of devices which need charging. The staff was very helpful in helping us get our suitcases up and down to the 2nd floor where our room was located.

Hotel was lovely, very clean and staff very helpful. Room had everything we needed, including a hair dryer. As other have said there is a lot of stairs and no lift to rooms. Do not book if you have mobility issues. The air con is not great so it does get hot and if you open windows there is a bit of street noise but not too much. We were in a room with velum blinds and it got very bright very early and the blinds were not black out. I would stay again but take ear plugs and a sleep mask. Really enjoyable stay and a perfect location for everything.
