Travelled with family

Stranded on the street friday afternoon

Despite all my efforts to communicate with you, two days prior to our arrival, you still cancelled my booking TWO HOURS AFTER expected check in, leaving me and two daughters stranded outside on the street for two hours in the cold rain, with no help for finding a replacement. Booking a downtown apartment-hotel after 16:00, for less than 400 euro was absolutely impossible! Luckily some friendly neighbours helped me out with a one bedroom, but you still left me at the mercy of strangers with my daughters! Needless to say you almost ruined our vacation. Please let me know what you will do, beyond paying for the other booking.
Stayed 2 nights in Dec 2024
