A really good hotel in a great location. Everything was very clean, the check-in process was quick and easy, and the rooms were cosy and comfortable. We stayed on the 5th floor and couldn’t hear any noise from other rooms or outside, which made for a very peaceful stay. Overall, a super hotel and we would definitely stay here again.

Lovely rooms, staff were attentive. Valerie was great looking after us when we arrived at 1.30am after a delayed flight! The hotel is really nice and in a great location. Thanks for a great stay. Just one suggestion, we had a free bottle of wine which was Rose....we don't drink that I asked to change for white and they would not, it would be great if you would allow something like this as not everyone likes rose wine! That's the only thing that I would have improved it for me.

Great hotel near the Old Town for an affordable city break, the hotel is modern and clean with great staff. Location is central with only about a 5-10 minute walk to the city square or castle. Check-in/Check-out was quick and easy. The reception was very elegant each morning a side table with a couple of nibble snacks like pretzels and wafers was a nice touch. Bar was good, perhaps a little small for the size of the hotel, drinks were nice and standard city pricing. The food was nice, we also used room service on our visit which was nice, affordable and quick. The room was clean with high ceilings however was quite small, its ok for a single person or a couple visiting for a couple of days but could do with being bigger for any longer stay as storage and space is very limited. The room has aircon/heating adjustable by a digital wall panel. The room is equipped with a small iron, ironing board, hair dryer, safe, small fridge, pod coffee machine, and kettle but no breakfast tea or milk. Breakfast was stocked well, mainly had cold breakfast as the hot wasn't really to our taste. Could do with a couple of dairy free options. Staff in all areas were very nice, welcoming, and helpful, housekeeping come round every 3rd day as a minimum but also any day you use a door hanger. All in all, a great hotel at a good price in a good location. Whilst there are some improvements possible, that is the case with all hotels so I hope this review can help with making this place even better.

The location is excellent. It’s right next to Old town, The Castle.Easy walk from train station ( 20 mins train from airport) The cost £6-7 one way for two. The room is good size with everything what you need. The breakfast is the best in European countries. The reception is so helpful, the Bar is great. As Expedia member we received the bottle of Italian Red wine and quality is perfect. Just one little note - trams , you can hear through double glazed windows but it’s not crucial. Maybe request a room faced yard side? We would like recommend Hotel to every guest.Thank you

The hotel was all we could have wished for friendly reception ultra clean hotel from room to restaurant and lounge couldn't find one fault loved the pillow menu especially as i have a bad neck
