Our fourth stay at this hotel and it was excellent as always. Daily housekeeping, friendly and helpful staff (especially Bart on reception) and a really good choice at breakfast and on the evening menu. The hotel is ideally located for shopping and sightseeing and we will definitely be back next December.

The hotel is small but the rooms are ideal for a mini break. The hotel reception staff are very pleasant, knowledgeable and helpful. Nothing was too much trouble. Breakfast had a good selection of dishes and there was always a seat. We had a river view room which had a lovely aspect.

4 night stay in krakow for Christmas markets
Travelled as a group of 20 from start to finish friendly professional staff throughout the hotel, looked after us, special mention to Bart on reception who made made us all feel very welcome and even left a note with ideas and tips for the whole group to try. He was off the weekend and still took the time to do this showing, his professional to his job.

Not sure how this is a 3* hotel! Fantastic staff, great rooms. Rooftop terrace is incredible with views over the river and the breakfast included was great as well. Shout out to Bartosz with the 5* service from start to finish. Will definitely be coming back next year!
