Room and bathroom were great and spotlessly clean. Bathroom with underfloor heating too! Didn’t have time for breakfast unfortunately however it looked great from what we saw, lots of choices available. Location is great too, around a 12 minute walk to Krakow main square. Very disappointed with our stay. Upon arrival we found out that we won’t be able to park our car at the property. They only have 3 (THREE) parking spots available and all were already taken. The girl at the front desk seemed not to care about anything and said she didn’t think not having a place to park was a big deal. I reserved 2 rooms. Ours was very tiny. The other one was supposed to have 2 twin beds, it had one large bed. The water in the shower would go from scorching hot to freezing in a split second without even touching the dial. No free bottle of wine advertised. We woke up to a parking ticket on my windshield. When I asked for the manager he was never available. Fist day because of the holiday, the next day because he was busy. There are so many better choices of places to stay in Krakow. I wouldn’t stay here for free.

Overall, we had a positive experience at Leonardo. The location was excellent, just a short walk to the old town. The bed was a bit worn, with obvious divets on either side, and not particularly comfortable. But otherwise pleasant stay.

Superb location, hotel staff can't help enough, clean and modern with superb facility's. We stayed Monday until Friday and had not 1 complaint, we honestly can't reccomend this hotel any more- if you are visiting Krakow this is a must stay hotel.
