This is an honest review.
My husband and I stayed in this hotel for cmas markets.
On arrival check in was simple.
Unfortunately the room apartment its self needs some serious TLC.
I would class it a dangerous.....jaged loose tiles on the bathroom floor and in the shower, which all got squelchy under foot after a shower. No visible fire safety measures in place anywhere and no carbon monoxide detection, which when you look at the "installed" boiler is very worrying.
The only thing that seperated you from an absolutely disgusting mattress was a single bed sheet...and to make matters worse, the mattress had a protruding spring.
I completely accept that its a budget hotel and I expected it to be cheap and cheerful. But just a basic standard of safety and hygiene should be available and it isn't in this place.
Its a shame as the rooms are big and this place has loads of potential with a bit of care.
