Great Location and Excellent Service

We had a wonderful stay at this hotel in Kraków — it’s located just minutes walking distance from the Old Town, making it ideal for sightseeing and exploring the city on foot. The hotel was very clean and well-maintained, with a comfortable, welcoming atmosphere. The staff were friendly and helpful, always happy to assist with directions and recommendations. We didn’t try the breakfast as it wasn’t included in our stay, but everything else met our expectations. A great place to stay, and we’d definitely recommend and return on our next visit to Kraków!

The hotel and staff were excellent it was in walking distance to the old city close to numerous restaurants, shops, and sites!

Fabulous hotel

Lovely staff, very comfortable bed and clean,well appointed rooms. It was very quiet at night which was meant we slept well. It’s located in a great place, just a couple of minutes walk from the main square. If we ever return to Krakow I will definitely stay here again

Not up to 5 star standard

Central hotel close to old town. Inadequate staffing at check-in resulting in queues and delays. No concierge or porter to assist. Similarly in restaurant, wheŕe a good breakfast was served but which was understaffed resulting in uncleared dishes on tables. Room was comfortable but in need of an upgrade.

Overall, very positive stay! The main plus is the location and very friendly and accommodating staff. We were able to check in earlier, which was huge given the long travel with small kids. Minor little things like netfix not working, little issues with they key card, were not really a bother. The gym was a great plus and open 24 h. Would definatly stay again for the location and spacious room and spa like bathroom!
