On Terrace Sabadeco, you will find this exclusive, designer, very private mansion, located 50 meters above sea level. Built in 2012 in a desired top location with a lot of attention to every detail! The house is completely at ground level, a rarity in this hilly area.

Breathtaking panoramic views are guaranteed as well from the house as from the large deck.  Views over the ocean, the hills in the north, the island's capital Kralendijk and the offshore islet Klein Bonaire, and up to the salt mountains in the south.
The house is ideally positioned to catch the cool east wind, a "must" on this beautiful island. The Loras (the local parrots) fly along your home; every day, you feel amidst nature.
The mansion’s design is based on three connecting units:
- A centrally located, shared unit with the main entrance, spacious living room, open kitchen, and a large covered deck;.
- A side wing to the valley side with the hallway, the master bedroom with connecting bathroom;
- The wing on the other side has two guest bedrooms (each with a private bathroom and a balcony), a kitchenette, and a laundry room. This side wing has a separate entrance and can be used completely independently.
Thanks to this arrangement, it is a real comfortable home where everyone has space for his or her own needs. It is also a home for people who want their guests to completely appreciate this beautiful place. Furthermore, the home has a rinse tank for diving equipment, and one additional "gazebo" on the side. The beautiful "infinity pool" with the covered deck (the gazebo) is remarkable. The overflowing water creates the effect as if the pool merges seamlessly with the ocean. This pool is a magnesium swimming pool.

All kind of facilities are close to your vacation home. You can be at the beach with access to the sea, where you can go swimming, snorkeling, or diving within a few minutes. The marina and the city with all its facilities of public life are about 10 minutes drive away from your home. You only need about 15 minutes to the airport. Drive to the hilly north, and you reach the wonderful nature of the Washington Slagbaai National Park and the Goto Lake.

The listed rate is based on an occupancy of 1–2 guests. An additional fee applies for each extra guest, per night.

During the Christmas and New Year period, a minimum stay of 14 nights is required. Please note that a fixed rate applies for the villa during this period, regardless of occupancy.
