...in the new, luxuriously furnished Grachterum upstairs apartment with a unique view of the Neue Greetsieler Sieltief. Spend many wonderful hours at Grachterum with up to four adults and one toddler, and leave the daily grind behind.

From the dining area in the bay window, enjoy a fantastic view of the canal landscape stretching out right at your feet. The high-end living/dining area features a leather corner sofa with a reading lamp, a 42-inch HD TV, a Blu-ray player, a stereo system (with iPod connection, DLNA), and Bluetooth speakers, as well as a great built-in kitchen that leaves nothing to be desired (built-in oven, dishwasher, microwave, filter and Senseo coffee makers, toaster, kettle, etc.). A decorative granite wood-burning stove ensures cozy moments, not just in winter.

In addition to a fully equipped nursery (crib, changing table, high chair, toys, a small desk suitable for adults, and a multifunction printer with print, copy, and scan functions [paper not included]), two additional bedrooms are available on the upper floor and in the attic. The bedroom on the upper floor features a spacious closet and two single beds (90x200 cm), which can be pushed together to form a double bed upon request.

The studio in the attic is not only perfect for overnight stays but also invites you to linger. The exclusive double bed with reading lamps on both sides (180x200 cm) sits beneath a large gable window, offering a breathtaking view of the canal. In addition, the studio features a cozy leather couch with side tables, as well as a 37-inch HD TV, Blu-ray player, and radio. In the hallway leading to the studio area, there is a custom-built wardrobe with interior lighting.

A highlight of the Grachterum is the cozy, high-quality bathroom, featuring a built-in bathtub, a round shower, a washer-dryer combo, and a hair dryer.

The Grachterum also features a small, furnished sun balcony where you can enjoy pleasant moments overlooking the canal. The shared boat dock behind the house is perfect for cozy get-togethers or as a destination for a pedal boat tour (boats available for rent at the harbor) on the Greetsiel canals.

Fly screens and blackout blinds in the bedrooms are provided, as is a parking space. The living/dining area and the bathroom are equipped with underfloor heating.

You can store bicycles in the garden shed that belongs to the apartment.

The non-smoking apartment is suitable for people with allergies and is just a few minutes’ walk (approx. 7 min.) from the beautiful Greetsiel harbor.

Pets are not allowed.

During the Easter and fall breaks, this accommodations are available for rentals of five nights or more with no fixed check-in day.

The vacation rental is located in the picturesque fishing village of Greetsiel, one of the most popular vacation destinations on the East Frisian North Sea coast. Centrally located yet quiet, the historic harbor with its crab fishing boats, the famous twin windmills, and charming cafés, restaurants, and small shops are all within easy walking distance. The surrounding dyke landscape invites you to take walks, go on bike rides, and explore the vast expanse of East Frisia. With its proximity to the Wadden Sea and the East Frisian islands, the vacation rental is a perfect starting point for maritime adventures and relaxing vacations.
