Sehr schönes Umgebung, sauber, schöne Strände in der Nähe, nur 14Km weit weg von Tangier, sehr nettes Personal. Und sehr tolles Aussicht. Nächstes Jahr wieder gern.

Bij begin al stress

Ben benieuwd of hier wat mee gadaan wordt of dat het weer in de doofpot gestopt wordt. Reservering gedaan betaald en al. Kom je aan met 7 personen wordt je verteld dat er geen reservering staat onder mn naam en dat de maand augustus vol geboekt staat. Wat nu? Kijken naar de bevestiging mail die ik ontvangen wordt je verteld dat het hotel sowieso geen appartement heeft van 7 personen maar max 6 personen dus de info op de site van homeaway klopt niet met dat er appartementen zijn van max 10p met 3 slaapkamers, 2 badkamers. Oke wat nu want we komen van ver met 3 volwassenen en 4 kinderen😡. Wordt de "manager" geroepen. Die verteld doodleuk dat dit een paar dagen geleden ook is gebeurd en dat hij niks kan betekenen. Als je uitlegt dat je betaald hebt krijg je te horen niet bij mij dus bel HOMEAWAY maar om iets voor je te betekenen want ik heb niks voor je en loopt zo maar weg. Daar zit je dan. Mn man en zus hebben geprobeerd met de receptie iets te regelen. Uiteindelijk hebben ze een kamer voor 4 personen kunnen regelen. We hebben een extra matrasje gekregen voor op de grond en verder zoek het maar uit. Verschrikkelijk.
