tres basic

Hotel vieillissant bien place dans un quartier vivant . Bien pour une nuit vu son petit prix ! Mais a deconseille pour les romantiques et les maniaques et ceux qui n aime pas les blates..

Hotel Brisdale memindahkan saya dan tamu2 lainnya ke hotel lain sangat mendadak/tanpa pemberitahuan awal dengan alasan hotel akan di renovasi. Sangat mengecewakan!!!

God beliggenhed og udsigt. Og de var hjælpsom. Kunne godt ønskes mere rent, det ene vindue var ved at falde ud. Generelt et ældre hotel og ikke så indbydende. De var så flinke at opbevare noget af vores bagage i 4 dage mens vi var i Taman Negara.

Don't go here

1st room had many dead roaches on the floor, falling ceiling material from mold and dark brown water that the maintenance person explained was due to the room not being used in a while. Also key card kept failing. No a/c in the hallways. Lighting was shoddy as well. The area is very rundown. I don't recommend any hotel in the chowkit area.

just ok

they not provide enough towel as i ordered family room they only give me 2 towel..the staff said it doesnt care either u book which room,they will just give u 2 towel.they have a bath tub but they did not provide the lid.whn i ask for it they said the hotel want to do a renovation.but i think they just want to save water bills,as there is no connection between giving the lid to the customers and the renovation.the air cond also not working properly.it quite hot in there

Worst hotel to stay

Security was very bad.I parked may car at the hotel parking lot at level 3. My car's window was smashed and it happened during day time. During that time no security personel was around. I made a complaint and guess what? I was told that that the CCTV has mulfunction. I lodged a report at the police station nearby. I suggest that this hotel is not a good place to stay.

great staff for an old hotel

Located in the middle of a market. Old hotel with small cockroaches in the bathroom. The aircon appeared to be not working and with molds. The staff are really nice and helpful though. They made up for the shortcomings of the structure.

Near to Chow Kit and Monorail Station

Hotel close to Chow Kit and monorail station. The maintenance of the hotel is poor based on the wall, bed sheet, carpet and lift. Please do the preventive maintenance to lift parking The view from hotel is nice.

Slecht

Het hotel zit in een achterbuurt, de taxichauffeur waarschuwde ons al. De staat van het hotel is ronduit slecht, de kamer was vies, en de badkamer helemaal. Zo slecht onderhouden.. De foto's die je ziet bij het boeken zijn waarschijnlijk van 10 jaar geleden. Wij hebben het 10 minuten gegeven en hebben toen een ander hotel geboekt.

Dirty hotel looks nothing like the pictures

I admit that I was maybe a little ignorant to believe this hotel would look as it does in the pictures, but alas I did. Don't get me wrong, there was nothing actually 'bad' about the hotel, but I felt quite misled by the 'recently refurbished' title on the room. The room was an ok size, the sheets were stained but clean. The bathroom was old and needed a truly good clean but again, was clean on the surface. The redeeming feature of this hotel was the staff who were extremely helpful and accommodating of us. The pool was ok, food at the restaurant was disgusting. Location was good but a bit far away from central KL if that is what you are hoping for.

Nice pleasant Old Hotel in the City

Pleasant Hotel, decent, very busy with tourists from within and outside Malaysia.Reception is friendly though on Sunday only one person was on duty, doing everything alone-Check in, check out, booking, safety box, phone calls,received complaints and requests.., EVERYTHING!! Poor him.

Cheap but not nice

Stayed for two days. Doesnt look good at the outside of the hotel, very old. As for the rooms, the aircon is terrible and the toilet kinda dirty. Lobby full of bystanders coz of free wifi. Just outside the hotel us a market so many things going on. You feel unsafe walking at night. Taxi doesnt stop at the hotel front which is so uneasy.

雑踏の中のホテル

タクシーでホテルに着いた際、周りの環境に圧倒されました。露店の中にそびえるビルです。慣れてない人は恐いと思います。部屋は少々古い感はありますが、広くて快適でした。でっかい窓もあります。 3500円の宿泊代からすれば大満足です。近くに安い食堂いっぱいあります。セブンイレブンとモノレールの駅もすぐ近くにあります。階の廊下突き当たり窓よりツインタワーが綺麗に見えます。 17階の食堂からも見えます。 WIFIありますが一階ロビーでしか使えません。

Good location but ...

It's right by Chow Kit monorail station which makes it easy to go around places. We had a magnificent view of Petronas Towers and the surrounding area from our room. The night market outside the hotel ends at 1pm. Hotel is very old and no sign of maintenance in the near past. Lamp shades broken and AC vent needs dire replacement. The pics are very misleading. No wi-fi in rooms as they don't have it installed, only in the lobby. They do have a pool though :)

It was the worst hotel I have stayed. The hotel is old, they sell something different, they show you pictures where the hotel looks clean, new or better than it actually is. I found cockroaches etc. and it's location is really bad. It does not show that in the pictures or anywhere.
