Helpful and friendly staff, everyone speaks good english which is very convenient, lots of good dining venues in an easy 5 minute walk, very clean in and around the hotel. Will be staying here when I come back to Malaysia in the future

Always good to be back in this hotel. Location wise, amenities around the hotel. Room is clean and neat. Service staff are polite and friendly. Perhaps, check in counter could speed up the checking in process!

Convenient Location and a Comfortable Stay!

It was a very short stay for business but nevertheless had a comfortable and great stay. Especially appreciate support from the front desk staff who went out of the way to make my stay comfortable by accommodating my request for a quiet room, arranging for a universal adapter and also above all, helping with fastest checkout possible so I could catch my early morning flight!!

Checking in was pleasant & smooth. Staff were very friendly. Room was spacious clean & comfortable. Room & washroom amenities were more than adequate. It was a ine night stay so I cannot comment on any other aspects of the establishment. Recommended.
