The suite was nice and had an amazing view of the Petronas Towers. The layout of the room was divided in such a way that you felt like you were in an apartment. The location in the KLCC can be a plus and a minus as it’s centrally located in the touristy area but traffic makes it difficult and time consuming to get picked up or dropped off. There are many restaurants and shopping options nearby and there are numerous other hotels nearby. The hotel has a very odd setup as they placed the lobby on the top floor; this gives the lobby an amazing view but it creates on odd phenomena where you have to go up to the lobby from any of the rooms, switch elevators and go all the way back down to exit the hotel. They said it’s an added security factor but I believe that to be more of an excuse than anything. The fitness center was decently equipped but missing the “must have” bicep curl machine. Overall, not a bad place to stay, but expect an hour drive from the airport in either direction.

Great hotel/location

It's a good hotel, however I felt there is a lack of customer service and customer experience in overall. We didn't know they had a sauna/jacuzzi till the last night even as we went to check it out, staff didn't made much effort to connect with their guests, however they're polite at all times. Lovely hotel just lack of service and no in room amenities for the type of hotel it is

High end hotels are usually a step above, but it's the staff and service that really makes the Grand Hyatt KL stand out. Special thanks to Navin at the front desk and Bridget and the team at their amazing breakfast buffet. Enjoyed a great dinner at Thirty8 with a most magical view of the lighted Petronas Towers. The sky walk makes getting to Bukit Bintang convenient and we found the KLCC park festive with Fashion Week happenings. We stayed here last summer and couldn't wait to see if it was just as good - we weren't disappointed. Highly recommend the Grand Hyatt KL.
