Clean spacious clean room with all necessary amenities including a massage chair that didn't need coins to operate. Staff welcoming, obliging and pleasant. I recommend this hotel. MYR 79 by Grab from KLIA2 arrivals and smooth journey

The location is good, very close to food stalls. I saw 4-5 cockroaches inside my room on the first day, I asked the reception and they gave me a cockroach spray which I sprayed for the rest of my stay. The room was decent though.

The hotel is nice but it would be even better if the facilities were improved especially the air conditioning and cleanliness. What I liked most is safety, the ease of booking Grab, nearby to the Malls, KL Sentral other places to must go, and staff are accomodating and kind.

Hotel Venice is good. Stuff great. If you don't have back pain and you can walk for 15 minutes to catch time square shopping mall and bukit Bintang Street this hotel is the perfect option for you

First of all I like the non smoking system of this hotel and the staff are very helpful but I think your hotel needs some more facilities especially a smoking zone and coffee house?
