My second visit to this hotel and I was not disappointed. I always book a room with access to the Club Lounge, as the variety, food and service are excellent. A special shout out to Puspah and the other staff in the Club, as they really look after you. PJ's bar on the roof is very good, plus it has an outdoor space for smokers that doesn't bother other guests. Very convenient for the Paradigm mall if you need to do some shopping or want alternatives to hotel food.

Checking-in was smooth and pleasant. The staff were very friendly and attentive. Room was clean and comfortable and well appointed. Room and washroom amenities were more than adequate. Paradigm mall is just steps away....very convenient. Price-wise is on the higher band of the mid-range but well worth it. Highly Recommended.

Dead lift is deadly

Constantly woke up by gym noise. Gym is 24hours, located at 29floor hence all the dead lifting impact noise can be felt and heard.
