Cleanliness can be better given its under the Marriott Bonvoy group. Inside shower still have stains (mould/mildew) and water pressure in the shower is super low hence it takes forever to shower! Oh and they don't vacuum every housekeeping. Spotted something and it's still there for the entire 4 days stay till check out.

One of best and most pleasant experiences I’ve had staying here at the Sheraton in Petaling Jaya, as a first time staying I was blown away at the whole experience.
