L’arrivée à Soho suites a été très facile grâce à l’efficacité et la gentillesse de Kenny. L’endroit est près de tout, magasin, monorail, aquarium et tour Petronas. La communication avec Kenny a été très facile.

Best area to stay, well kept property. Kenny the property manager is very accommodating, we checked in early and checked out late night because of our midnight departure, our 43rd floor room had an amazing view

We arrived at 11pm at night. The person who was supposed to meet us was not there. I had to go to the security guard to try to contact them. It was well after midnight before we were settled. WiFi not available at time of check-in. However, Chew apologised and upgraded us to better accommodation the next day, with WiFi availability. He was extremely helpful in getting me a physical map of the city centre and directing me to The Pavillion, also in helping me to arrange transportation via Grab. Thank you Chew 😊

Excellent location within a short walking distance to all of the major attractions, they upgraded our unit to a 3 bedroom at no additional cost, owner was very attentive, he explained all of the features and responded immediately to our questions, the building was newer and well kept. The Wi-Fi and video entertainment was exceptionall. The price point was below market rates of comparable units. It was by far the best experience of our 5 week trip to multiple countries, this was definitely a 10!

The hotel itself is lovely, with comfortable rooms and great service. However, I was disappointed to find that the pool and gym come with an extra fee, which is unusual for a hotel of this caliber. It would have been a more enjoyable experience if these amenities were included in the price.

We booked a 2 BR suite fir 6 people and was upgraded to 3 BR. The suite is fully equipped with everyou need in the kitchen, laundry, etc. and is in a high rise building with the most fabulous view of the city. Very clean and staff was very helpful and kind and communication is easy specially with Kenny. The location is close to everything, Petronas Twin Tower is within waling distance. We had a great time and highly recommended.

Close to a lot of tourist places. Walking distance to Twin Towers, Pavilion Mall and good restaurants. You can see the twin towers from the window of the unit.

No frills, No fuss. Great staff and a good stay.

First off, I added a day to my stay. I would recommend and try to stay here again if I return. The owner and staff of this hotel/apartment were great. This ain't the W or a big brand hotel but it was excellent for what it is. I gave comfort 3/5 because seating and beds we just ok. Washer and dryer are great to haves but kind of old. Neither of these were deal breakers. I've stayed in places in this region that happily paid not to stay there. The 24/7 store in the building was great for getting water or a quick snack. The location was great as we were in decent walking distance to malls and great restaurants. Didn't feel like either was more than 15 minutes away. The price for 3 bedrooms in a safe area will be hard to beat.
