Been a returning guest since 2022, but after this stay. Unlikely I will return for future stay. Not guest-friendly especially for special needs / with disability health condition due to property no lift & lack of hospitality service. Pre book in advance for 2 nights stay with request remark for low level room, not arranged & once again at checkin requested assistance for it but not offered though inform I have health clinic appointment. Given top most floor accomodation instead with poor aircondition service function. Informed the discomfort condition at night & was told no maintenance team available & given assurance change room for the next day stay. Just 2 hours after, electricity disruption cut twice for over 30 minutes - at midnight & 4am with no explanation, apology, any effort, not even a word (reception not contactable during odd hours) till early morning, pretty much throughout stay till checkout at 10am plus no room change. I was not well and with a special needs autistic son to manage. Total disappointment.
Terrible, no service at all . Wonât stay at the motel anymore no floor mat , no bath towels really run down place totally different what you see at the web page. I should take photos due to I check in around 9pm and was very tired that why I never took any photos .
The location of the boutique hotel is very strategic as it is located opposite MRT. Sunway Giza and Sunway Nexis are located at two different ends of the shop row. There are a lot of restaurants nearby. The room is comfortable and sufficiently accommodate two persons. The only con is the poor sound proofing system. We could hear what the others from the corridor talked about.
Checking in and out service is good. There is also a massage chair in our family room. No lift, only stairs. Toothbrush is not available, the receptionist mention that it will be available next month. I hv young kids, not really suitable for them.
