Don't go there!

Run, don't look back, that's what i said as i didn't care about not getting a refund. The rooms look nothing like the pictures on hotels.com. i arrived and couldn't believe what i had booked. I made a huge mistake. I booked another hotel asap and ran.

the staff fall asleep when i was there to check in around 10:20pm, and he sleep like death person, can't awake even i shout him/knock the mirror for 15mins and call the phone there. there is no door beside, stranger can just enter from the staircase, smoky smell and very small room, can't really have a good sleep due to the door doesn't have safety bolt

The bathroom is suck，my room is full of water when im taking shower，the water doesn't go through sewer and make my room fill with water，when i call for service，they ask me to clean myself

The wash basin was leaking badly, all the soap got on our feet. Stupid place to put mirror on the ceiling and on the headboard. Aircon only on our feet. Towels very old and dirty and smelly.

The best area in kuala lumpur i found for now with many good restaurant, a modern hotel, my first room was dirty with bugs, but they change me for 3rd floor, other than that nice experience

I booked via Hotel.com because its stated the room viewing the city, but when I checked I was told there is no room such as stated via Hotel.com. I was frustrated and everyone who is reading this comment, please dont believe as stated via website. I dont know who's cheating whom, but I dont get what booked accordingly...any suggestion to report a complaint to Consumer tribunal?

It was a horrifying experience. Hotel looks rundown on the inside and no proper security in place. Alot of theft has happened. Didn't feel safe the whole night.
