Beachfront Bach - Rings Beach Bach

Beachfront Bach is a basic 2 bedroom Rings Beach bach. With just the road between you and the beach, this is an ideal location for your next beach getaway!

This traditional Rings Beach bach has an open plan living area, with glass sliding doors that open out onto the deck and the large front lawn.

There are 2 bedrooms in this Rings Beach accommodation. Both of the bedrooms are fitted with a queen sized bed.

The small bathroom and laundry is located off the kitchen.

The outdoor area at this Rings Beach bach features great front decking - perfect for soaking up the sun and views! There is also a fish filleting table available for your use.

There is a garage to the side of the house for storage, and plenty of space on the lawn for your boat or cars.

For peace, quiet, simple living and beautiful views... Get away to this traditional Kiwi bach!
As the property has unfenced access to the beach, adults should closely supervise young children while outside to ensure they are safe around water.

Please note that this is a very basic Kiwi bach.

Pets are allowed indoors, however please note that pets are not allowed on the beds or furniture.

Caution is required on Bluff Road when towing boats over 7 metres in length.

Access to Rings Beach is currently only via Bluff Road Kuaotunu as the Matarangi access is blocked off due to dangerous overhanging rocks.

Please note a bond may be charged at certain times of the year. One of our team members will contact you if this is required for your booking.

We enjoyed our stay in a typical kiwi bach. Everything we needed was there. The fridge/ freezer was not ideal as the freezer door did not close and was propped closed with a rock. Otherwise we we were very happy and had.a great short break

We understand it was an older kiwi bach, but furniture needs updating, as the place had an old musty smell every time you entered. There were cobwebs and live spiders and although it was clean it felt like it needed a thorough hot wash on all floors, behind furniture and on surfaces and walls. The location was stunning and great that it is pet friendly. Property manager was very helpful and when Tv not operational owners compensated. Was impressed with prompt service and care.

Great spot property needs tlc

Great spot. property needs tlc. no cushions, rugs, extra blankets for winter. No coffee table, side table in bedroom (we used a beer box and a chopping board!) or any hanging at all in bedroom or bathroom for towels or clothes. 2 lamps in bedroom unuseable unless you want to share your bed with the plug. Fuse blew when we put heater on at same time as fridge and microwave and we were unable to access the fuse box. No instructions anywhere for anything. Needs a good clean under furniture etc.
