The Haus am Park in the Baltic Park was stylishly renovated and opened as a holiday complex in May 1999. The former park hotel is located close to the center in the district of Kühlungsborn-West. A partial sea view from the balconies gives the house that certain something. There is an elevator and a bicycle storage room in the house. There is a parking space for each apartment.

Only 80 m from the beach you live in a modern 2-room apartment. The 40 sqm apartment is on the ground floor and is on two floors. The living room is furnished with a sofa bed, coffee table, sideboard, shelf, cable TV, radio, dining area (dining table and 4 chairs) and a kitchenette. The kitchenette was modernly equipped with a microwave, refrigerator, coffee machine, two-burner hob, dishwasher, toaster and kettle.
