This attic apartment is on the first floor of a detached single-family house in a quiet residential estate in Kühlungsborn West. The apartment was renovated in 2014 and is about 900 metres from the sandy beach.

The studio of around 20m² consists of a separate hallway, a living room/bedroom and a bathroom with a WC, shower and washbasin. The combined living room/bedroom has a sofa bed for up to two people, cable TV, a small table with two chairs, a wardrobe and a dresser. The sofa bed can be used as a single bed or a double bed, or else as a sofa. The owner can provide a travel bed for a toddler for a fee. There is no separate kitchen, it is in the living room/bedroom and is equipped with a fridge and freezer compartment, microwave, coffee machine, kettle, egg boiler and crockery. The apartment also has a vacuum cleaner. All rooms can be heated. There is no Internet connection.

The side of the garden is for your own exclusive use, with a garden table, two deckchairs, a grill (grill charcoal can be provided by the owner) and a washing machine/dryer. You can enjoy a sociable grill evening and the fresh Baltic Sea air. There is a free private outdoor car parking space. Pets are allowed on request.

Breakfast can be booked optionally in addition. You can also book massages by the host, who is a qualified physiotherapist.

It is about a ten-minute walk to the beach and the water sports centre (sailing, surfing, diving, boat hire). There is also a dog beach within walking distance. Apart from the beach, Kühlungsborn has many other recreational facilities and beautiful (guided) hiking or cycle tours, a cinema, a climbing forest, yoga, an art gallery, two concert gardens, a pier, minigolf, riding farm, sports boat harbour, ice skating in winter etc. The neighbouring locality Wittenbeck has a golf course. It is a five-minute walk to an Edeka market with a bakery stand and butcher.
