Attention to detail lacking

Accommodations for five to sleep, but ONLY a small couch for TWO people to sit. No extra stools or chairs. Very uncomfortable to relax. Not even a bath stool in the shower room.

予約完了メールや無人受付の為の対応メールが迷惑メールにて弾かれたのか（迷惑メールフォルダにもなかった）ホテルへの入室パスワードが分からず困った。ホテル関係へ電話しても繋がらず… 無人ホテルは初めてで戸惑ったが、スタッフとは部屋のチャットでの対応でなんとか連絡を取り合えた。すぐに連絡したい時に電話が繋がらないのは困ったが…チャットの返事は必ずきた。部屋も広くて、きれい。トイレ、お風呂も別々で良かった。ベット周りにコンセントも沢山あって一人一人スマホの充電ができて助かった。部屋にミニキッチン、電子レンジ、電気ポットも完備されている。料理はしなかったけど、果物があったので包丁やフォークなどあって助かった。スポンジや洗剤もあったのですぐに洗えた。連泊して調理するのも良さそうだけど、換気扇はどこに？他の方の口コミにもあったお風呂のアカいところは少し気になったが、自宅で掃除しててもついてしまう時があるのでソレかなぁという感じ。お風呂にシャンプーとコンディショナー、ボディソープが設置してある。髪はバサバサにはならなかったらしい。アメニティ関係はフェイスタオルとバスタオル、歯ブラシのみなので、自分で一応色々トラベルグッズを準備していたが、近くにコンビニがあるのでなんとかなる。専用駐車場はなかったが、近隣の駐車場は平日だったので安くて驚いたし、ありがたかった。少し歩けばコンビニもレストランや居酒屋も沢山ある。歩いてすぐに美観地区へも行ける。立地は最高。ここだから無人でも困らない環境なのかなぁと思った。ある程度はチャット対応できるし、近所にある設備でなんとかなる。

The location is great, close to the Kurashiki Bikan Historical Quarter. We stayed for two nights as a family of four, but it was disappointing that there was no towel replacement. It would be nice if extra towels were available in the room or placed in the hallway for guests to use.
