Welcome to Ocean Dunes 703—a beautifully updated oceanfront condo with stunning views and easy beach access. Recently refreshed with new paint, luxury plank vinyl flooring in a soft driftwood tone, and upgraded furnishings, this condo is designed for both comfort and style.

Step inside to an open-concept living space where the kitchen, dining, and living areas flow together seamlessly. Large glass sliders lead out to the oceanfront deck, complete with a high-top table and chairs—perfect for morning coffee or evening drinks with a view.

The living room offers plenty of comfortable seating, a large TV with cable and Roku, Wi-Fi, and a queen sleeper sofa with an upgraded gel mattress for added comfort. The dining area seats four, with additional bar seating for two. The kitchen features granite countertops, tile backsplash, and is fully equipped—just bring your groceries and you’re set.

Both bedrooms are located upstairs for added privacy:
-Primary Bedroom: King bed, private oceanfront deck access, TV, ceiling fan, and en-suite bathroom with updated finishes

The condo's location on Kure Beach was just incredible, and we loved staying there. Everything was very high end, and the sight and sound of the ocean was peaceful and tranquil. The hot tub at the rec center was OK, but the property itself was just awesome!!

Nice weekend Getaway

We had an extended weekend getaway for speeding break and this property was perfect for that. Great ocean front views from the living room and primary bedroom. Convenient drive to the property pool and to Carolina beach for dining. Would absolutely recommend!

We had a great time in Kure Beach. The ocean was enjoyed both inside and right outside of the rental. It was quiet in the evenings and there was plenty to do in the area. We enjoyed waking up to the sunrise over the water each day.

Everything I wanted for our family in a beach vacation! Perfect location! Easy beach access. Watched the sunrise from our deck! I rented a bicycle and there was a great little path. The ocean waves were the perfect soundtrack of the day.

Blown away with our stay!!!

From the moment we entered the condo we were thoroughly impressed!!! The view made us feel right on the water. It was convenient to walk to the beach, enjoy the ocean and all the other great things the island has to offer!!! We loved every minute and the great accommodations made it so wonderful!!! We loved that the condo had everything we needed. We just had to show up with clothes and enjoy!!!! We’ll be back to this location next year!!! Already started planning!!!! :)
