Nestled under majestic centuries old Live Oak trees, this newly constructed 2 Bed 1.5 Bath home sits on a large lot with plenty of outdoor space while only 500 feet from a beach access. New for 2022, in-ground fiberglass private pool with plenty of deck area to sunbathe. Just large enough for a couple or small family, The Beach Barn has a full kitchen, eat-in bar seating, stacking washer dryer, and was designed with inspirations from trendy "Barndominiums" and historic Carriage Houses of the South. Located just off Fort Fisher Blvd, you can be close to the beach, Fort Fisher recreation area, Kure Beach Pier, and all that Pleasure Island offers, while enjoying a peaceful and quiet atmosphere.

We loved our time here. It was beautiful inside and out and very clean. The neighborhood is quiet. The pool was just big enough for our family of three and we appreciate how well it was maintained. We were so close to the beach that we just put on our shoes and walked- no need to pack a thing. We would stay here again- we would bring a pasta pot and a lamp or two for the living room, but that's not a complaint by any means.

This place was great for myself, my husband, and our 23 month old! Safe, quiet neighborhood with a quick and easy walk to the beach. The house was clean and comfortable, the backyard was SO relaxing, and having a private pool was the cherry on top. We'll definitely stay here again. The hosts were also very accommodating and quick to respond to any inquiries.

Perfect beach getaway.

This house was super cute and comfortable. It was very clean and the beds were so comfortable!! The location of the house was just a short walk to the beach and the back yard is amazing and so relaxing, great for families.

Great property for a couple or small family. The pool was perfect for an afternoon dip. Excellent location and short walk to the beach, short drive to Fort Fisher and the ferry to Southport. The owner is very responsive.

Beach Getaway

We needed a place to work, swim, and enjoy some sunshine together. The place is a block from the beach and has direct access so no car is required once you get there. The backyard is extremely peaceful and the pool is perfect.

Wonderful place

The place was very clean upon arrival. Our kids loved the pool and swing in the backyard. The neighbors are extremely welcoming. Walk to the beach is short and easy to manage with children. Brock’s communication is great. He answers text messages promptly. Overall 5 star place and we hope to stay there again.

Wonderful Stay

This property was great for me, my husband, and our two year old. The property was clean and felt safe. The pool was really nice and it was great that it was fenced separately from the back yard. It was a short walk to the beach. We really enjoyed it and would love to visit again!

Wonderful beach property!

Clean and perfect little beach property. We came during a tropical storm and didn’t get to enjoy the pool as much as we wanted to but overall we would definitely stay here again. The house has everything you need!

Wonderful backyard!

We had a great relaxing stay. The backyard was amazing between the pool, the swings, and the patio area. It was very well thought out and planned for kids to enjoy safely. The house was lovely as well. The owner was helpful and very easy to communicate with. It was a perfect long weekend break!
