Nestled in Kushimoto, the southernmost town of Honshu, Beach Terrace Kushimoto offers an oceanfront stay with breathtaking views of the Pacific.
Just behind the property, you can walk directly to the Kumano Kodo Ohechi Trail, a UNESCO World Heritage site, making it a unique location where history, nature, and the sea come together.

The villa’s highlight is the 220㎡ oceanfront private terrace, offering an immersive view of the sea.
Enjoy the sunrise, sunset, and starry nights while feeling the ever-changing beauty of the ocean.

In June 2025, a new detached space (“Hanare”) was added, which is exclusively reserved for guests of this booking.
This area provides a quiet, private space, comfortable for any number of guests.

Rates are the same for 1 to 8 guests, making it ideal for families or groups.

ensuring comfort and privacy.

Exclusive Room Allocation by Guest Count

1–2 guests: Hanare only (exclusive)

3–4 guests: Hanare + 1 twin room (exclusive)

5–8 guests: Hanare + multiple twin rooms (exclusive)

Other areas of the property (e.g., dormitory or some twin rooms) may be used by diving guests depending on the schedule.
However, the Hanare and the 220㎡ terrace are always exclusively reserved for your booking, and no other guests will enter these spaces.

The surrounding area offers a variety of ocean activities, including SUP, sea kayaking, fishing, underwater scooters, and diving.
Whether you want a quiet retreat close to nature or an active seaside adventure, Beach Terrace Kushimoto is the perfect base.

■ Pet Policy (Small Dogs Only)

Small dogs (up to 1 per booking) are welcome.
Please note the following conditions:

A fee of 5,000 JPY per dog applies, payable by credit card at check-in.

Guests must provide proof of vaccination and rabies certification (copies accepted) upon check-in.

If proof of vaccination cannot be presented, we may not be able to accommodate pets. Please understand this in advance.
