We absolutely loved our time at the Dewi Sri Hotel! Our toilet bidet leaked & room smelt musty but over all it was great. The staff were beautiful & very attentive. We will be back!

The spa was amazing! The staff so good and well priced, was the definite highlight of staying there! Was well priced as well $11 Nz for one hour massage, I wouldn’t bother going anywhere else. Breakfast was average but better than nothing. Nice pool. Staff friendly enough. Rooms very basic, nice pillows- mine smelt very musty but you get what you pay for. Great location.

In such a busy part of town on the border of Kuta and Legian, it was surprisingly quiet. Staff was friendly and the place simple and clean. Would definitely stay again.

Booked in January requested Queen bed sent email requesting ground floor ended with 2 singles. Then room changed ground floor again 2 singles then again to a queen bed room had a mould smell also if you have a cpap machine make sure you have a battery plugged in as power drops out at night they gave 2 free vouchers for massage due to inconvenience

The Dewi Sri is nicely located down a side street within a 2-5min walk of the market and entertainment. The staff are amazing and the rooms are clean. I give them a 4-star rating and I will return in 2025.

Great location. A oasis in the heart of Kuta. Stayed in a Delux room. Was large and lovely. Couple of things let it down. 1) the bathroom smelled horrid for a couple of hours after cleaners came, every day. 2) Bed was way to firm for me, my partner did not mind it. The highlights. 1) the gardens and grounds are great for kids. 2) The pool is great. 3) The on site spa is fantastic and cheap. 4)great location
