Always very happy with our stay at Truntum. From the time we checked in to check out all staff were exceptional, friendly and helpful. Thank you Yani for ensuring our stay was wonderful and Martini for when and if we needed room services. Great choice of breakfast and restaurants for meals. Very handy having the option of the 3 pools too.

We had a wonderful time at Truntum! The convenient location, shopping at restaurants out the front, beach out the back! The customer service was perfect, prompt, friendly and polite. Only suggestion would be more in depth maintenance.

No ocean view just a walkway Staff excellent and helpful very friendly but had to change rooms once due to noise but no hot water in second room. They sweep floors but do not wash them so feet very black after walking on the floor.

We always stay at the Truntum but have found recently the rooms seem a little tired and the mattresses are quite hard. Maybe change them for newer ones or put mattress toppers on them? We always stay in the Pool Access rooms which we really like but maybe as they are always booked out it is hard to do a refurbish on them. The staff are wonderful and always look after us especially Intan and Christina. We look forward to our next stay there.

I had Ocean view on the 4th floor. It was quiet, pools are great, three to choose from. Breakfast was good with good choices. Staff friendly as always in Bali. Not a big fan of Kuta, bit passed its used by date. I generally stay in different place each trip, Kuta needs a revamp.
