Impressa is impressive

Location: You are very near to metro station, they clean and very safe to travel. 10 minute walk to churches, independent square, house of charmisa.
Service is outstanding, they speak good English. They go over and above to make your stay very enjoyable . Room accommodations are nice,comfortable and very clean. I stayed 30 days and do not have one complaint.

Great hotel staff and location

Staff is fantastic. Location is really good. Hotel room was only ok Shower leaked all over the floor and soaked my clothes the first day. I had to adjust to this in the future. But the staff was VERY helpful and super nice. Always there to assist. Very attentive to any request. Really one of the better staffs i have found in a hotel in a long time and given that general service in the Ukraine is not usually that good, this was a very pleasant surprise

Excellent staff and location

Pros: Excellent staff and location
Cons: Internet connection has its moments and speeds.. A squeaking noise coming from your sofa bed can definitely interfere with a good night's sleep.
Great location and friendly hotel personal! Perfect location but the sofa bed was really squeaky and uncomfortable.
